Northam/W Ho! annexe with incredible views

The accommodation has its' own private entrance hall. With a shower room off the hallway, a door leads through to a kitchenette, leading upstairs to a large light, airy attic room, with a double bed and a single day bed. The room is perfect for a couple, 3 friends or a couple with one child. Linen and towels are provided. There is on street parking opposite the house. There are outside chairs. Situated in the village of Northam, it is a short drive to the beach and close to the SW coast path .

Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Torquay Harbour, Town Centre and Wellswood, Babbacombe and St Marychurch. We are located at the top of a hill on the outskirts of the town which makes us a quiet location away from the night time noises. The surrounding areas are a leisurely walk downhill (but obviously an incline on return). We are approximately a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs and a 15 - 25 minute walk into Torquay Town centre. Taxis cost approximately £7

Stayed at Karen’s place together with 3 colleauges, while on a conference. The place is a gem - little but spacious and equipped with everything you need, 2 double beds and a very comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen. Karen is the best host, so kind and very helpful, whenever you need something. She offered us a late check out possibility which was amazing. I definitely recommend this place. You can take public transport to Exeter or a cab, is 10min away from City Center and a ride is like 15 pounds. Definitely loved it.

I loved my couple of days at Francesca’s place - a small space - but beautifully private and peaceful. A bit of a walk (uphill) from Totnes but absolutely fine if you’re prepared for that and don’t have a big suitcase. There are buses which Francesca gives information about in advance. I particularly liked the corridor space - almost as big as the bedroom - perfect for stretches and yoga in the mornings! Also there was a lovely sunny evening and I could sit out on the step at the back door enjoying the secluded garden. It was a perfect stay! Thank you Francesca x

What a lovely visit we had we Sue and John. They were amazing hosts who welcomed us like family. Their home is perfect if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of Plymouth City Centre and is set in a peaceful village with their well maintained and flourishing garden. The guest suite itself was well equipped with all amenities needed and the perfect size for a couple or small family like ourselves. Ample parking space was available on their private drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back in the future! Thank you so much!

A comfortable, cosy, warm and immaculately clean place, with extremely high quality and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay including a coffee pod machine, air fryer, casserole and baking dishes, plenty of pots and pans. The location is fantastic, very close to the beach and beachside cafes, yet on a quiet lane. Parking onsite was a bonus. It was lovely to meet Michael, who was the perfect host. Highly recommended!

We had a great time with fantastic weather. The train station was a 5 minutes walk from the Lodge with frequent trains into Exeter (and beyond) one way and Exmouth the other. The town was about 10 minutes away with an abundance of cafes, walks and beautiful views of the Exe Estuary. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and hope to return.
