Vacation rentals with a fireplace in South Daytona

We were in FL for a music festival and tobins place was great as far as distance from where the festival was held and very cozy to come back to after a long and HOT day

Our stay was wonderful! The photos of the home are accurate and everything was clean and exactly as pictured. Felt very homey and the location is walkable distance to the beach and several restaurants. The master bedroom did get a bit warm but the fans provided did help. We just recommend making sure the bathroom door stays shut so the coolness stays in the room. Jayne was very responsive and checked in on us which was nice! Overall, we had a fabulous experience and would 10/10 stay again.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded getaway that’s close to multiple natural springs—but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Orlando—this is the place for you! Jose’s place truly checks all the boxes. The sunset views from the hot tub overlooking Crystal Lake are absolutely breathtaking. Having kayaks right on site made it so easy to get out on the water and completely disconnect for a while. If you’re curious about what “Orlando North” has to offer, I highly recommend booking a stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

We had to stay a couple nights last minute due to a family member's health on our way back north. Communication was very good with Chris, and he addressed a few hiccups promptly and fairly. The house was as pictured and was clean on arrival. A few things to point out, the house is very close to Main Street, and on a busy side street. Walking to the beach is a little over 10 min, shops and boardwalk are very close as the location is convenient. We had dinner at a nice restaurant across the street on the river, and there is a lot of nightlife along Main St. This would be an ideal location for Bike Week. The back patio wasn't set up as pictured, but we weren't going to sit outside anyway due to the heat. This was a good place to rest up for a couple days, we enjoyed our stay.

this home was exactly what I had been looking for... somewhere with all the bedrooms for adults, a private pool, and a quiet neighborhood. it was perfect for "working from home" (or working from the pool), and still being able to make a Disney outing midweek. the place is extremely cozy and looks like the pictures promise. the beds are heavenly and great for recuperating after days in the heat/sun. we really hope to come back soon!

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

I had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and very close to the raceway, which is why I wanted to stay there. I can't wait to go again!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This BNB was super nice! Great view of the ocean, nice shower, amazing bed, and a nice little kitchen! I stayed here for 5 days and couldn’t have had a better time! Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful. The price was great and was more than reasonable for the location! Would definitely stay here again!

Great host very proactive

We had such a wonderful stay. The farm house is right next to the owners’ house, but you don’t have to interact with them at all. This is a perfect location to get to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge ( we came to see the bioluminescence). The area where this Airbnb is located is sooo peaceful and rustic. You hear birds, cicadas, and even rooster in the morning. The Airbnb is air conditioned. The bunk beds were really spacious and can fit two reasonably sized people per bunk. The owner is responsive and proactive, giving you all the information you need well in advance. You also don’t need to do much at all to check out (like strip the bed) which was such a plus. Highly recommend!

This is my 7th time staying at Oceanside Inn in one of the 1st floor unit, but my first time in this particular unit. I was traveling with my daughter, son-in-law and nearly 6-month old grandson. A last minute addition was my 95 year old mom who has mobility issues. The condo was exactly as described. Spacious, with a massive and very comfortable sofa in which one section reclined, a dining table with 4 chairs and the beds were so comfortable! A bonus with this condo was the washer and dryer which is well-needed when spending time at the beach AND traveling with an infant! I love the covered parking and that the condo is just literally steps away. This made unloading my mom and her wheelchair much easier. We always enjoy the Tiki Bar and "G" is a fabulous host there with her amazing bucket drinks! Donna was very communicative, from the time of the initial reservation to following up after checkout. I highly recommend that you consider this condo for your DB vacation!

We enjoyed our stay with Chrissy very much. Everything was as stated in the ad. Chrissy is very friendly and very responsive. She accommodates every wish possible. It was our best AirBnb stay ever. If you want to experience Sanford and Central Florida, stay with Chrissy!

The Mermaid Vibes Studio was clean, well-furnished with amenities and pretty. Check-in was fast and easy, with excellent, fast communication from our host, Lynette. The only inconvenience was noise from ongoing roof work and limited parking as a result of their machinery taking up a lot of space in the parking lot. This has no bearing on the airbnb itself, though, which was excellent. Highly recommend!

You couldn't ask for nicer people or how generous they are. You will not be disappointed with your staying it's 1 day or 14 days! The planning that went into this Airbnb was well thought out inside & out. Bed was extremely comfortable and you get so much space and plenty of parking. Close to stores, beach or Orlando. We will always stay here when we are in Florida, we even changed our minds on outings so we could just stay there and relax on her beautiful property with our own patio.

This unit was a great bargain. The place was immaculate and Sergio was indeed a Super Host. The unit had coffee! For our first breakfast and plenty of bottled water. The only problem my partner and I had was with the entry system for the self check in.

It was a very nice stay, out of the ordinary for Orlando. Very big house, they should allowed more ppl to stay to make your moneys worth. Watch out for bugs!! Paul, the property manager was very accommodating and helpful when needed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Neil’s place! The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel connected with nature, yet just a 30-60 minute drive from bigger amenities. The pool area was so nice and relaxing, and Brett, who lives in the pool house, was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, and definitely a character our guys could have chatted with for hours. One small note for future guests: the outdoor area is somewhat shared, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be good to mention in the listing, especially for groups who may prefer total privacy. We absolutely loved all the extra towels and blankets provided, and the Bluetooth speakers throughout the property were such a great touch! Nothing but positives to say about this place—we’d definitely stay again! 🍃🏡✨

What a great location! It was so easy to get on and off the highway, a lot of restaurants with in minutes.

The home was clean and beautiful. Wonderful, peaceful location. Claudia was a great and responsive host. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Todd’s place was perfect for our visit to see family in the area. Everyone came over and fished, then grilled our catch of the day. The home is clean, comfortable and close to everything, 5 minutes to two grocery stores, lots of restaurants and 40 minutes to the theme parks. Todd is helpful and friendly and we look forward to our next stay!

The quiet, country location is ideal to truly relax.
