Beach condo vacation rentals in South Daytona

Great place. Exactly what we were looking for. Close to local activities. Beautiful view of the ocean. Host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this Condo & absolutely love it for the location & the amenities. Love it that the pool & ocean is right off the patio. We come to relax & decompress & we definitely get that accomplished here. Definitely would recommend

The place was amazing it was a short 2 minute walk down stairs and across the pool patio the the ocean. Everything is within 5 miles of the room. The host and co host are very responsive. The price for the place is very reasonable with great views of the ocean.

An adorable little place with absolutely everything that we needed. Had dish soaps, laundry soaps, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. I always hate getting to a place and then having to buy all of that stuff and not even put a dent in any of it. It was a relief that have a little bit of it all there!! The place was very clean and Jill was responsive! The only part that was terrible was trying to park in the spot in the garage! We had a small little car and it was awful trying to get into it. I can’t imagine having anything bigger!

I have stayed at many air bnbs and have never met a more welcoming host, very kind woman. You can tell she really wants you to be comfortable in this beautiful unit she equipped with every amenity. Very nice and quiet non public beach access on a part of the beach that isn’t so crowded. I enjoyed everything about this place, i will be back.

what can we say!! The apartment exceeded all expectations. Being totally frank, the photos did not do the apartment any justice, as it was so much better than the photos suggested. Both bedrooms are furnished with their own ensuite facilities meaning that there is privacy within the apartment as well as within the complex the complex is beautiful and the location, whilst a couple of miles away from the centre of Daytona beach, has everything that you need within walking distance. Karen was amazing from the moment we initially booked the apartment with regular communication and clear instructions on checking in. we simply can't wait to come back. From the beginning Barry was very communicative and helpful. Even when an issue out of his control came about prior to getting there, he made us aware and offered compensation or cancellation. It put us at ease when renting from him. The place was beautiful and had modern amenities and small touches that were appreciated. Charging outlets in the nightstands made using electronics very accessible. Instructions were clear and Barry responded quickly to messages. Definitely one of the nicest condos we have rented in Daytona. Would recommend to friends and family.

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay right on the beach! Pictures and description are spot on. Rosalia was very helpful, polite, and responsive. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Marianela was amazing, we were able to meet her when we arrived and talked for a while. She was super responsive and told us some great recommendations for restaurants and what to do. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, will definitely stay here again if in NSB. Thank you for everything Marianela!

We had an overall fantastic stay at this condominium. It was an excellent location. Nearby activities include the beach, pool, and miniature golf. Two restaurants worth considering are the Treehouse and the Boston Fish House. The condominium is super close to the beach either by walking or to the entrance to pay to drive your vehicle on the beach. The pools were nice. The gym worked out great for my family. I visited my elderly parents and needed a place to stay nearby with my family and pets. They permitted me to bring my dogs, which allowed them to join in visiting my parents and participating in the activities we had planned for the week. Thank you for the use of your condominium. We had a great visit!

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

Vanessa was an excellent host, her home is lovely and everything was spotless. I love that she had a full pantry, beach equipment, and an emergency "forgot me" kit with bathroom essentials and Tylenol. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Very nice condo and great communication. The ocean view was my favorite to wake up to every morning. Was nice having a dollar general and grocery store in walking distance for any last minute needs. Highly recommended it’s truly a great spot and very roomy.

Overall a fabulous trip and accommodations. The place is stunning, location is great. The only minor watch out with little kids is there is no “public” bathroom down by the pool. You have to run up to your room. I would absolutely book this again and highly recommend this specific unit. Really wonderful.

What an amazing condo. The pictures truly reflect the spacious living quarters. The interior design is absolutely beautiful. And the view is stunning. We had a wonderful family vacation and hope to return in the future.
