Vacation rentals with a pool in South Daytona

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jim's. It is a very nice house and well worth the money! Yoburt the cat is awesome company and a great host! Will go back again if we need a place to stay.

Christine was a responsive host and the home looked like the photos and was stocked very well for a rental. It was very clean and the hot tub worked very well and got to 104 degrees which always makes a difference.

My family (4 adults and 3 kids) stayed for spring break. My kids loved the kids room and pool. The place was laid out well and had lots of other extras (paper towels, beach towels and chairs, high chair). The location is quiet but the whole area is a retirement community so it's a bit of a drive to St. Augustine. Owners were very responsive. Overall we had a nice time.

Great place for a family to get together and share a few days with their kids and grandkids!

Jared's home was amazing for us. Beach was close, home was beautiful, pool was amazing. Would stay there again.

The pictures do no justice. Kathy’s house it’s beautiful! Peaceful and it has everything you need for a great stay! The pool is amazing! Everything was clean and ready for us. Very flexible and communicative. My children did not want to leave the house. We will be back for sure if she is willing to have us. We had an amazing spring break! Thank you Kathy!

Nicholas was a super responsive communicative and friendly host. He was able to accommodate an early arrival with no problem and met us upon arrival to review the workings of the house. He lives next door and was able to respond immediately to any questions. The interior of the house is beautiful and looks to have been very recently completely remodeled and renovated and furnished. The pool was a great amenity and very refreshing after a day in the heat and humidity. Appliances and televisions were new and furnishings stylish and up to date. We hope to stay at his home again next year. Nicholas is a super friendly guy and was a pleasure to encounter.

My wife and I come to Daytona every year from Wisconsin. We have stayed at many beach front condos in the area. This by far is the best one. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing. Great sunrises every morning. It was everything the listing promised. Eric was a great host, he was friendly and communicated very well. We will definitely stay here every time we come down if possible. We would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

Look no further for your stay at Daytona Beach! Especially with kids. Super convenient location to the beach. Condo has everything you can need. Beach toys and equipment, Beach reads, fully stocked kitchen (crock pot too!), puzzles and games for kids, bedtime books for kids... favorite part of the stay was the beautiful view from the dining room. We loved watching the beach and city every morning and evening. Condo was clean and welcoming. Host was extremely responsive, definitely recommend this location!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

This was an amazing location to be at with amazing beach and pool access. About a mile from the board walk so it is an easy walk that can be taken on the beach. Hosts were very kind and quick to respond if there was any issue!

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to relax and definitely found it at Shelly’s place. The condo is in great shape and we felt right at home. We chose to spend our days at the beach and cooked in most nights, it was perfect for us.
