Vacation where the Floridians go! Great beach, excellent night life, serene surroundings. Brand new one bedroom cottage with full kitchen right in historic district. We are family oriented and have a pull out couch for the kids and a large fenced in yard so your pets can frolic. Use the grill and sit in the gardens. Soak in the hot tub. Take the bicycles and discover the town. Use the kayaks, beach umbrellas/chairs, and fishing equipment and take advantage of our beautiful outdoors

Glynis was quick to respond when my girls & I unexpectedly ended up with nowhere to stay when we got to NSB. She let us into the unit, and when the AC went out it was easily resolved within 24 hours. We had to work together a little more than perhaps some hostess/guests would normally, but everything went smoothly with no disruption to our vacation. The air guys were amazing to work with and Glynis was extra helpful and lightning fast when responding to anything! Location is right across from the beach and about a 2 minute walk from front door to the crosswalk. We’ve been going to MSB for years and didn’t need help finding fav restaurants but there was a welcome booklet with tons of wonderful suggestions/many of which were on our fav list already. Thanks again!

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

I can not say enough about this property! The property was exactly as described, the views were breathtaking! The condo and property were so clean, updated and modern and very well maintained. Carrie was extremely helpful with the questions we had as well as with providing some local information to us! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and hope to stay at her property again next year.

This was a smallish studio apartment with everything 2 people could need. It was, clean, updated, and comfortable. The ocean is very close and view is beautiful. We sat on the balcony for so many hours every day, read and relaxed. A wonderful one week of relaxation. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. We watched movies every evening. I didn’t want to leave.

The condo was very clean and conveniently located right across the street from the ocean. They went above and beyond supplying complimentary items such as deodorant, milk, cereal, and so many other things that they didn’t have to provide, which we thought was very nice of them! The beds were comfy and the top floor has a great view of the ocean.
