Kid-friendly vacation rentals in South-Coastal São Paulo

It was very good, I liked the place, it was very quiet, there was a very beautiful square nearby, everything was very organized with spacious beds and all the rooms were very well sanitized. Luciana welcomed us very well and was kind.

I can't describe how wonderful it was to stay here! Vinícius was absurdly welcoming and attentive, answered all our questions and was an excellent host. The house is even better than in the photos, everything was very clean and fragrant. I went as a couple and mentioned that I would like to make a special dinner, he left everything organized and even asked if I would need any special utensils... It may seem silly, but I found this gesture extremely kind! Thank you so much, Vinícius, for making this moment so unforgettable for us! Ps: the house does not have a garage for a car, but it does have one for a motorcycle. I usually travel by motorcycle, so I suggest adding this information to the description.

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. We had an amazing weekend in this house! The place is wonderful, super cozy, well decorated and very faithful to the photos on the website. Everything was impeccable! But what really made the difference was the reception of the hosts, Livia and Victor. They were extremely friendly and helpful from the beginning, they welcomed us with great affection, explained everything carefully and even prepared a special treat that delighted us! I had a great experience! The location was perfect for my purpose (it's a 2-minute walk from where I would work)! In addition, it is close to the mall and several bakeries and supermarkets. The apartment is exactly as advertised, it has many utensils (iron, hair dryer) the kitchen has various appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.). Bruno is very helpful, the reception staff are polite and helpful. Anyway, I found the value extremely fair for what is offered and I would certainly stay again.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

Beautiful view, a delight to wake up and see the beach in the window. Super clean and cozy apartment, with several amenities such as Chromecast, bath towels, bed linen, even coffee in the closet, in addition to Gabriel's service, who was attentive and helpful from the reservation to our departure. Friendly building staff, parking on the street was super easy, with nearby shops that make it safer to leave the vehicle in front of the building. Next to the VLT, with a fair on Saturday mornings 500 meters away, you can walk and get to know the neighborhood. Anyway, it was a great stay. Super recommend!!!
