Kid-friendly vacation rentals in South-Coastal São Paulo

My parents stayed there and said the stay was very good, the house was very clean and Adriene was very friendly and helpful whenever they needed it. We recommend the place.

The house is new, well organized and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. We had a good stay, but on the first day we couldn't use the pool because it wasn't clean yet because of the rains, but soon the caretaker Gilson cleaned it and was super attentive. The area is quiet, but with little commerce and uneven streets. Paulo is super kind and good people! Overall, it was a great experience!

What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

Casa otima space clean and pleasant mattresses very good house is in a quiet street we went with a wheelchair to access the entire house and access the beach quietly without having to take the car out of the garage. Super kind and polite Fernanda will be back for sure.

The house is comfortable, access to shops and groceries in general. Carrefour, a mile from Carrefour. The beach a little far away, but accessible for those who like a walk. Super attentive amphritrions and charismatic neighborhood, both of them helped us with our needs there. I really like and highly recommend 😊

The house is a delight, clean, spacious, with great kitchen utensils. The view from the balcony is charming, with nature very close by. We went several times to the center on foot as it is very close and the path is quiet and tasty. The host Caio is helpful and attentive. Clean Bed and bath linens. Air Conditioning served very well as it was very hot when we were there. We'll be back for sure!

The house for Marcelo and a delight, super comfortable, very good pool and is not deep, is about 1.45 deep, plenty of privacy, super markets close to the place, the best pizzeria in life, called Yellow , you can trust, best PIZZA! The place was clean, large bathrooms, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, airy house, super clean, no carpets or things that make a lot of dust... great internet, good speed if you need to work from the place. I loved the place is next to the beach and he and his mother met us always quickly! I recommend and will be back for sure!

The apto corresponds to the announcement, Mr. Nelson always responds quickly and helped us in everything, was flexible at check in, the environment was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, a differential is the TV in the rooms, I loved it. We felt at home, it sure is a place to go back.

Mr. Fernando is very cordial and attentive. Mr. Joilson and Rafael (caretakers) are very helpful. The beach is very close, easy access and we will definitely be back.
