I liked the stay. The apartment is wide and airy. Wonderful view and top condominium. Only a few details that we had to call on the host, but she helped us with everything we need. I'll be back soon!

There were 4 of us, the apartment is very spacious. With bed linen, towels, household items, etc.… The building is one street from Pitangueiras Beach. Very polite staff. Recommended

Great location, practically on the sand. Super easy check-in. It has everything around it, market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant, we did everything on foot. The coolest thing is that there is a condominium service for beach chairs and tables. Super comfortable apartment. Great experience!

We simply loved the apt of Mrs. Alice, we went in 3 people, (myself, husband and son), huge, extremely clean and organized, wonderful view of the balcony, all the staff of the condominium super polite and helpful. I highly recommend it. Since we do not get much sunshine, we use the heated swimming pool. Mrs. Alice very attentive since the beginning of the conversation, she gave me all the necessary infs. We will definitely return more often in this apartment. Experience was wonderful. Mrs Alice, thank you 💕

I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. But Guarujá at this time of year left to be desired with the dirt of the city and the problem of lack of water as well. It is a Judiation because I love Guarujá very much, but I believe that in New Year's Day it will never be again. Unfortunately.

Me and my family spent the carnival on the site of Mr. Augusto and it was amazing! The place is wonderful, very good pool and the house is great! (More beautiful than in the photos) Indico and I will definitely come back more often.
