House exactly as shown in the listing. It's on a cul-de-sac, very quiet street, with some holes because they're renovating houses. Communication with Lilian and the caretakers was exceptional, very attentive.

The stay was wonderful. Better than advertise! Perfect house, fully equipped with kitchen, bed and bath utensils. Very close to the beach (we didn't go by car). We were able to go to all the places on foot or by Uber (to get to know other cities). I just have to thank you for all the affection, stay and privacy. I loved everything and I'll be back more often 😍😍😍

Cristina always responded quickly to messages from the beginning, the house is very good, all the guests liked it very much, close to the beach, cozy, safe, 5 cars fit in the garage. We were welcomed by Mr. José, who treated us very well. There was a problem with the fridge, I spoke to Mr. José, who soon sent a technician to assist us and in less than 30 minutes everything was ready. It really was worth it. Many thanks to Cristina and Mr. José.

The house is the same as the photos and very comfortable, we were satisfied with the cleaning, house near the beach of Guaraú for me one of the best beaches on the south coast, great communication with host and was flexible with the check-in releasing the house earlier for us was great and passed several tips for tours and restaurants, I recommend the house is worth it.

The rooms are cramped, plus the heated pool is worth all the investment. Clean environment, equipped house, the weekend was amazing.

We adore the villa, the place is super cozy, we had a great weekend. A lot of tranquility, lots of nature, a good place to rest and also for a good barbecue by the pool. Delicious and beautiful Waterfall within easy access, invigorating water. We'll be back shortly.

We stayed with a group of 17 people and the experience was simply wonderful! The house is impeccable, very well maintained, clean and with a structure that perfectly met all our needs. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have a super pleasant energy — ideal for enjoying with family and friends. We felt at home from the first moment. From the very start, the incredible support from the owners and staff, Miguel and Diva, made our stay truly special. The place offers endless possibilities to explore, surrounded by stunning nature. The swimming pool is not only refreshing but also extremely comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax. The barbecue area is fantastic for preparing a variety of meals, from grilled meats to pizzas, thanks to the well-equipped area. We also made great use of the amazing kitchen at the main house, which provided everything we needed to cook different dishes with ease. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and provided us with all the comfort we needed. We are deeply grateful to the owners and staff for this wonderful experience, and we will certainly be back in the future!

Very nice and quiet place, Idea for families

The place is exactly like the photos, everyone who was loved. The landscape of the property in which the house is located is very beautiful, both in the day and in the evening. The place is a little away, but the past instructions to get there were clear and exact. The officers who were on-site during my stay were very requested and responded quickly.

House with wonderful forest, we caught a day of heavy rains with thunderstorms and despite oscillating and having rapid falls we did not run out of power, wifi works very well (I recommend leaving the cell phone in airplane mode with wifi on, it saves a lot of battery because there is no signal nearby)

The house is exactly the same as the photos. Very complete kitchen and gourmet area. It is clear that he thought of every detail for the well-being of the guests. Highlight for the wonderful sofa where you could rest and watch many movies (cold and rainy weather, Netflix came in handy). Everything is very nice and cozy
