The condominium has a restaurant for residents, a fitness center, a tennis court, and a soccer field. It is located in Canal de Bertioga, with access to the ocean.

Ideal for those coming with friends or family and also for couples looking for contact with nature. The river is great for swimming and fishing, and is navigable to several points. We have a trapeze for jumping into the river and a Canadian canoe and kayak available. In the village there is the Marinho restaurant and it is possible to rent a boat and fishing equipment. We now have Wi-Fi!
