The house is exactly as it appears in the ad, very well located, with several trades around, you don't need to use the car for nothing, close to the beach to walk peacefully. Naiane is an excellent hostess, very attentive from the first contact, solved all my doubts, always very quickly and patiently.

Great value for money, Aureny is always helpful and friendly, everything exactly as shown in the photos, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

My family's stay was simply amazing! I booked to take my 14-month-old children to see the sea, and it was the best choice we made. We were very well advised by the host Mr. Roberto, who gave us all the instructions and tips regarding the site. The house is extremely cozy, with impeccable and smelling bed and bathing suits, kitchen with all necessary utensils. Bathrooms with clean towels, as well as, all necessary items for bathing. Also, they all have accessibility bars, which pleased us too much, due to my mother-in-law's mobility problem. All rooms have fans and doors, which gave us more security due to my children's access control to the pool. The outdoor area is beautiful, huge backyard with a surreal view and a large, clean pool. Dona Cida (homemade) can't even be talked about, an amazing person, with a great heart, who was always on standby to help us. We'll be back for sure!

Our stay was very quiet, big house and very good, location a single stretch of the beach, we love the shower that has in the garage, very useful, Fernando also responded quickly to any time, we will come back more often. 🙏🏽♥️

The days we spent in Silvia's space were wonderful, the condominium in addition to being very beautiful has a great structure as described in the listing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, I dare say the best in Praia da Enseada. We'll be back other times.

We felt at home in Renato's apartment. The reception by a condominium employee was super smooth and pleasant. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view of the beach. It had all the kitchen utensils a person needs to cook. We also really liked the practicality of the washing machine and also the items for going to the beach (chairs, umbrella and cart). Our car is small and they certainly wouldn't fit in our trunk. Thank you so much for the care and comfort you offer your guests. My family and I loved staying at the apt. Célia and Rosana are extremely requested in all matters with us. The apartment was impeccable, beautiful, spacious, super comfortable. To the leisure area of the condominium is fantastic, beautiful and complete, we use each space. The apto is located on the avenue of the beach we were on foot, just cross the avenue, we were super satisfied with everything, and we will certainly return to the hotel in the near future.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.
