Our Curious | Opossum Hollow

Welcome to Opossum Hollow in the quaint mountain town of Travelers Rest! Our partially restored 1984 Airstream Excella, lovingly referred to as `Possum Holler', is situated on the same property as our home. With a covered space for parking and a 35 foot skylight deck, this outdoor space is designed for cool evening lounging and warm afternoon napping. We worked with a number of local artisans to design and create the entire space, ensuring most every element is handmade, upcycled, and recycled!

Our beautiful cottage for adults only is set on a private spring fed pond with all amenities to unwind from the day-to-day hustle. A porch with rocking chairs, brick fire pit and outdoor lighting in the courtyard make this your destination for relaxation. Take a walk in the 20 acres of wooded trails, fish, kayak, paddleboat, read a book, write, listen to music or just take a nap. This property lets you unplug from the world, relax, and connect with nature without giving up modern conveniences.

Secluded Waterfall Cabin.

Romantic, rustic cabin at the base of a 35-foot waterfall, nestled in the middle of 16 secluded acres surrounded by national forest that extends to the Chattooga River. This magical get-away caters to those with an adventurous spirit. Hike from the cabin to additional waterfalls, bike down Turkey Ridge Road to Opossum Creek Trail and the Five Falls or drive two miles to the Chattooga Belle Farm. The Waterfall Cabin is a joy to us all, and we hope you love it as much as we do. No cleaning fee.

Located in the Sumter National Forest the Bella Luna is just 5 minutes from Stumphouse Tunnel, Issaqueena Falls, Yellow Branch Falls hiking trail, and Stumphouse Mountain Bike Park and within an hour of Clemson, Lake Jocassee and Clayton, GA. Our romantic retreat features carefully curated vintage furnishings, an outdoor shower, napping net, relaxing seating areas and an outdoor fire pit stocked with firewood and a S’mores kit! Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Go back to a simpler time in this totally restored 1969 Concord Traveler at Kingfish Farms. Located just a mile and a half from the quaint town of Woodruff, SC. and a little over 2 miles from I-26. Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats and pigs. Enjoy the covered front porch, fire pit, and grill.

We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!
