Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Close to the beach (300 m), Lac Marin (400 m), the city center (600 m), this accommodation is ideally located to enjoy the wonders of Landes nature. 2-room apartment with balcony, on the 1st floor of a villa, for 1 to 4 people, fully equipped. Outside, a private garden with a barbecue is reserved for you. The swimming pool, sunny from morning until evening, reserved for vacationers, awaits you. A parking space is available. Linen/towel not included (rental possible).

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

T2 on the 1st floor with open views of the sea lake. You can watch the sunsets from the covered terrace overlooking the unoverlooked lake. The mall (all shops, restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores, etc.) is a 10-minute walk from the apartment and the ocean is 30 minutes away. It is equipped with a living room with sofa bed, bedroom with twin beds, kitchen, shower room. The accommodation is fully equipped except linens and towels.
