Ideal place for a solo traveller exploring the city. Located in the very centre near to various landmarks, hangout places and the metro. The apartment is modest but sufficiently equipped. Despite its location, there is no noise from city as window is oriented in courtyard.

Everything was perfect. Small place but very very nice! Great location!

Ravies de notre séjour chez Andréa. Les explications sur le logement sont détaillées et claires. L'appartement correspond aux photos, propre , fonctionnel, literies confortables et surtout proche du métro et de la ligne de bus. Nous avons ainsi pu tout faire à pieds c'etait top. ( visite de Madrid mais aussi 3 autres villes Toledo, Segovia, et Aranjuez qui sont rapidement accessible en train) Andréa a été réactive à nos demandes , toujours présente rapidement pour nous répondre et nous donner des conseils. A recommander 👍👍👍

Este piso esta muy bien ubicado, la zona es céntrica, tranquila, el autobús pasa por la calle donde esta el piso y tiene un Mercadona a una cuadra. Pablo es muy amable, amistoso y siempre estuvo pendiente de si teníamos alguna duda. El piso como tal estaba muy limpio y teníamos todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. 100% recomendado.

El apartamento es muy acogedor. Estaba muy limpio al llegar. El recibimiento fue genial. Me encantó que tuviera café, aceite, sal, azúcar, servilletas, jabón, etc. Hay muchas cosas por hacer cerca. Muchos cafés y restaurantes. Un súper donde puedes comprar de todo. Nos encantó !

Alicia propose un très bel appartement décoré avec goût. Nous avons séjourné en couple avec nos 2 enfants et nous étions très bien installés. station de métro proche pour rejoindre le centre de Madrid. Alicia est très réactive, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Nous gardons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois !

We had a great experience staying here. Fernando was friendly and made check in so easy even when our train schedule changed. He also provided us with a list of local recommendations, every one that we tried was wonderful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great, central location for exploring the city. Would absolutely rebook if coming back to Madrid!

Combinación perfecta de ambiente y tranquilidad, en plena Malasaña, a un paseo del centro pero apartamento tranquilo. El apartamento cuenta con lo necesario y el recibimiento y atención de Daniel genial, con unas recomendaciones excelentes. Muy recomendable.

Stor, moderne og lys bolig med særdeles god udsigt over Madrid og bjergene bagved. Altan hele vejen rundt! Vi brugte offentlig transport, og der skal man regne med 45-50 minutters transporttid ind til centrum. Men det var vi jo forberedt på! Da vi imidlertid opdagede, hvor billigt og hurtigt det er med en Uber bil, blev dét vores foretrukne løsning til hjemturene om aftenen, hvor man er træt og bare gerne vil hjem og i seng!😴

El departamento es excelente, la ubicación genial a pocos pasos de todas las atracciones del centro de madrid, un barrio con mucho movimiento pero no se escucha un solo ruido en el alojamiento. Fácil de llegar, de ingresar, tiene ascensor, los dos baños son muy cómodos. Fue todo lo qué estábamos buscando. La anfitriona nos recibió personalmente y nos dio todas las instrucciones. Muy recomendable!

Apartment is remodeled, modern Style with blend of exposed brick and highlights the support beams. Very good taste in design and flow. Would definitely stay here again

The place is in a great location for visiting Madrid. I walked almost everywhere and if not then the metro is really close. Seo was very helpful as a host and made checking in and out easy and seamless. One thing to be aware of is that the place is pretty much below ground level (which is outlined by Seo) so there isn’t a lot of natural light or an outside space. Therefore I would recommend this place if you want a place to rest after long days out in Madrid. I spent a day in the apartment doing some work and it felt a little dreary because of lack of natural light. But overall a great place to stay. Thank you Seo.

Ammar was very flexible and always available to answer any questions. The place was clean and as described, we had no issues during our stay. There was a blackout in the city during which we couldn’t reach him so he slipped in a note to ensure we are okay. He even helped with a list of recommendations for Madrid. Would definitely recommend this place.

Un alojamiento tal cual la descripción. Raquel indica perfectamente como llegar y está pendiente a lo que necesites. En el centro, pero lejos del bullicio. Perfecto Lo único a tener en cuenta es que en la plaza de garaje entran dos coches medianos/pequeños. Raquel avisa de esto también. Sin lugar a dudas, repetiría si vuelvo a Toledo

Appartement très bien situé : promenades et visites facilement réalisables à pied. Appartement spacieux, ce qui est très appréciable. Rafaël a été réactif et très arrangeant pour l’heure d’arrivée, ce qui a permis d’éviter de passer trop de temps dans les rues de Madrid avec nos valises. Petit bémol pour le bruit le soir/la nuit (terrasse de restaurant en bas de l’immeuble).

Alojamiento tranquilo, confortable y limpio en el que pudimos pasar unos días agradables. Diana ha sido una anfitriona amable, que respondía rápido a nuestras consultas.

Vi hadde en flott uke i Raquels leilighet i Madrid. Leiligheten er sjarmerende, og har alt du trenger. Beliggenheten er super og med gangavstand til de fleste severdigheter. Det er stille og rolige omgivelser selv om det er alle typer restauranter, barer og butikker i nærmiljøet.

Marta's place was simply fantastic! Our family of six stayed there and had plenty of space and privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The provided amenities lasted our entire stay. The apartment looks better in person than in the pictures! The location absolutely cannot be beat! Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and a metro station are all within meters of the apartment. Taxis are very easy to find at all times of the day right outside the apartment door. The apartment building was quiet in the evening. We never heard any traffic. Check in was incredibly easy and straightforward. The key pick-up location is right across the street. Marta was always very accessible, friendly, and helpful. This was by far our best AirBnb experience. We will happily stay again on future visits. Thank you very much, Marta!

appartamento molto bello su 3 piani. Divertente e originale, arredato con molto gusto. Mobili nuovi, ordinato, vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni, abbiamo girato a piedi. Negozio alimentari vicini, ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni. A un passo dai musei d arte.

My Spanish wife and I stayed for the entire month of April. We visit Spain most every year so we can visit her family. Lovely place, we loved the location: Close to TWO metro stations, a great supermarket and LOTS of shopping and restaurants. Even though we were close to the center, it did not feel over touristy, we felt like we were really living in a Spanish neighborhood. We loved the big, luxurious master bath, though we never used the bathtub. The second bathroom is tiny, NOT for big people. We never had to use the heat or A/C so I cannot comment on that. Gigi is a good host. Absolutely recommend!

La estancia fue genial, la casa es tal como aparece en las fotos. Buen patio que para cuando haga buen tiempo, es una pasada!! La casa está muy bien ubicada, a 5 min de Segovia y de la Granja, y a 20 min de la Sierra de Navacerrada. La propietaria muy amable y muy pendiente y contesta súper rápido!! Muchas gracias por la estancia!!
