Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sønderborg

We had a wonderful time on Als and felt very comfortable in Martin's accommodation. We would love to come back.

We stayed at the property with our family for a week. The house and garden are really great. There were so many play options for our child. The hosts were always very helpful and super nice. The amenities in the whole house were great. The furnishings are tasteful and modern. We lacked nothing. The shopping facilities are easily accessible by car, it is nice and quiet and very close to nature. The beach was great and also good to visit on foot. We were there with two dogs and there was also equipment for the two, which really pleased us. We highly recommend Vanessa's place! Thank you for the great vacation

The apartment is in an outstanding condition, it has everything you need and the size is particularly impressive. In addition, the area invites you to take walks and explore further. We felt very comfortable and would visit this apartment again at any time.

We've been there for the second time. It was just as beautiful as the first time. Except for the weather... :) But also very cozy in the rain.

The house is exactly as described. Great location on the water with private path to the Flensburg Fjord. Beautiful hiking trail in front of the front door that leads along the water. In the house are all utensils for a nice stay. We really enjoyed the long weekend!

Finn and Bente were good hosts, and had written a warm welcome to us! We chose the house because of its location and the good space. Everything worked and clear signage helped us get there when Google wanted to send us in the opposite direction. The good space did everything for us, good parking options, and quick answers from Finn were important. Super place!

Solo traveler, 60+, May/June 2025, 5 days, no car. Perfect for the first half of the Gendarmen Trail, with local buses or rental bikes (in Grasten ;). Netto supermarket directly in the picturesque village. The apartment really had EVERYTHING you could need. Very modern, artistic, cozy, Danish. Lajla was always available for questions and exchange by email (or mobile phone), but everything was so well explained and directed on site with instructions that I could simply get into the holiday pleasure. Would come again:)

We had a very nice time in Christine's apartment because it was very nice and clean. Meanwhile, there is even a more beautiful sofa than shown in the pictures. The chairs in the outdoor lighting could possibly be exchanged for more comfortable ones. The location was not so ideal for us because public transport is rare, very expensive and relatively far away. But Christine was a very great host and we had a lot of peace and relaxation in the apartment.

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment is cozy and inviting, the hostess and her husband are open and friendly. From Augustenborg you can easily explore the whole peninsula. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased! The apartment is small, but we had everything we needed. The view of the fjord and the garden is wonderful from the terrace and even from the bed! Caner is very friendly and uncomplicated. We would love to come back!

We felt like at home from the first moment. The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. There were beautiful fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. The location is simply fantastic. You have a great view of the bay and the offshore islands. The harbor is just a few steps away. The place is very pretty and invites you to take a walk. Peter is always available if you need tips for excursions. And the south coast of Funen has a lot to offer! We highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely be back!!!

We stayed in Flensburg for a week and probably couldn't have had a better place to stay than the HYGGE apartment of Suse. Even before arrival, communication with her was always super uncomplicated, fast and friendly. Since we are traveling with our son (almost 3), we were even provided with a high chair and a travel cot, which saved us a lot of stress and also space in the trunk. The apartment was quick and easy to find and we rarely felt at home so quickly when entering somewhere. It's like the name says "hygge". Small and nice. Very tastefully decorated and everything you need available. If we had any questions, Suse was always available via the app and when we met her, there was always time for a little chat. The location is great if you want to get into town quickly but still have your peace. We thank Suse from the bottom of our hearts and look forward to seeing you again.

Nice place near the center of Aabenraa. Easy and flexible check-in with lockbox. Good instructions before arrival so it was easy to find. The stairs to the apartment are very steep and Ejner definitely not for the elderly or anyone who are unsure of their legs. (it said it was steep in the description, so we were prepared for it). The bathroom occasionally had a sewer similar smell. The dampers in the shower stall had a few moisture stains and deposits of lime. Everything worked as it should.

The owner is nice, good location, apartment equipped with all the things you need, insane sunsets. We'll be sure to come back. Warm Regards,

Bright, friendly apartment, beautifully decorated in detail without appearing playful or overwhelming. Very friendly couple, quiet neighborhood, great parking on the property, small welcome greeting. For us great location, 15 minutes walk to the old town, also good location for exploring the surroundings (South Denmark) Spacious apartment, we felt comfortable all around.

We spent the turn of the year in Schönhagen with peace and convenience. The apartment is located not far from the beach and is equipped with everything you need. We used the sauna in the basement to ourselves. The place is a good starting point for numerous excursions, especially even in warmer weather by bike. Thanks to Jan for the nice welcome.
