You get a very central location in the pedestrian street with direct access to the city's life, cafes, etc., and at the same time a view over the fjord, and close to the beach. With its own parking space. Please note! No smoking inside and in the living room. All smoking must take place outside.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Quiet upstairs apartment in Jarplund, 3.5 km from the center of Flensburg. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200). In the cozy living room, the sofa can be converted into a double bed and thus offers two more sleeping options. The apartment is also in the immediate vicinity (about 1 km) of the shopping center Förde Park and about 5 km south of the apartment you will find the naturally beautiful and historic Sankelmarker See.
