There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

It is close to the metro to the city center and walking distance to Amager beach park. The apartment has a kitchen and double sleeping area in the living room.
