My little house is an affordable overnight stay with ideal location. Turn off and find the home at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, there is everything you would need. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The property is located 800 m from train station, ten minutes walk from golf course and 250 m from ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and Micro, of course .

Small cozy wooden cabin: One room of about 12m2 with kitchenette (COLD water, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee & electric kettle) - bar table & 2 single beds. The cabin - with a green roof is cozy decorated in dark colors - located in a lovely backyard in Copenhagen. In the garden there is a hammock, barbecue, swing, etc. There is a 2-minute walk to the bus towards Valby/Frederiksberg - and a 7-minute walk to the bus towards Copenhagen H. ! Bath (hand shower) & toilet are in the main house, across the garden. Parking can be arranged.

Annex for four, new bathroom, family, nature, beach.

Here we care a lot about cleaning. Cozy a room annex of about 20km2. Two double beds, they can be made into two sofas. Small cozy couch. TV. Smaller kitchen for simple cooking. Mini oven, microwave, cook pitcher, fridge and kitchen things. Duvets and pillows with linens. Bathroom and smaller hallway for clothes and shoes. There is a romantic hot outdoor bath. The house is located right by bus 35 to the airport. It is located just 5 minutes from Idyllic fishing village with old yellow houses and harbor. Nice beach and bathhouse.

Parking Centrally located in Hørsholm. (Distances to sights/by car/min.): - 2 to Science DTU - 8 to Rungsted Harbor w/lots of restaurants and beach - 20 to Copenhagen's Town Hall Square - 20 to Kronborg Castle, Helsingør * Part of the garden and terraces will be built in 2025/2026

Exit to small undisturbed west facing terrace with afternoon sun. Furthermore, access to a nice modern bathroom in the main house via separate entrance from the basement.

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.
