Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

There is a private terrace and garden with a fireplace. There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, both in the woods and by the beach. Gråsten Castle 7 km. The brick factory museum "Cathrines Minde" 5 km. Dybbøl Mill and History Center "1864" 8 km. Sønderborg 10 km. Universe 25 km. Flensburg 20 km. Shopping 3 km. Good beach 6 km. The house consists of living room with open kitchen and dining area for 6 people. 1 bedroom with new elevation bed 140x200, 2 rooms with 1 bed 140x200. The whole house is heated with a new heat pump. Outside there is a large covered terrace with dining area, sun beds and fireplace. As well as an enclosed garden with plenty of space. In addition, there is a cozy winter room - which can only be used in summer - as it is not insulated. Close to shopping and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There is a lovely garden with plenty of opportunity for play. There is a trampoline, playhouse, mud kitchen and sandbox for children. The horses walk in the field right up the garden. There are lots of games and things for creative play indoors. A real family oasis. Small allergy-friendly dogs are allowed. There are several lovely beaches, good restaurants, and an active city life. The beach Kerneland is about 15 km from the house.

We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

At the same time, close to the Higway, so you can get on quickly.
