We were 10 people in this 12-bed space counting the sofa bed, which allowed us to be super comfortable. The accommodation is 100% functional and the bedding that has been changed recently is excellent. Thanks Cyril for a lovely stay.

Clean accommodation, very spacious in view of the sometimes narrow standards of ski apartments, well equipped and well heated. No vis-à-vis, which remains very appreciated, and quiet. The bedding is very nice and the cooking equipment is suitable. Maybe the tenants could pay a little more attention to the stoves provided but this is not the responsibility of the owner. A goat path at the back of the plot allows you to reach the Eko+ store in 2'and the balneo and gondolas in less than 5' walking quietly. The city center is a 5-minute walk away, a very good bakery and a good pizzeria 3 minutes away, a sports field is at the foot of the building (as well as a small playground), the supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Remember to notify the concierge well before you arrive to reduce the waiting time (everyone arrives and leaves at the same time of course). Very responsive owner as a bonus!

The apartment is impeccable, matches the photos, modern, clean and well maintained. It is easily accessible and enjoys an ideal location. Communication with Sandrine is very pleasant and fluid. The bedding is of very good quality. (which is rare to note). Although there are few parking spaces in the residence, trolleys are available in the basement to facilitate luggage transport. I recommend it in both winter and summer.

Lovely, quiet place to stay in Luchon. Plenty of space with a wonderful cozy living room. We loved the piano and all the kids toys! Beds were pretty comfortable. The water pressure was INCREDIBLE! Very hot but easy to manage. About a 10 minute walk to the gondola. Overall a lovely stay.

We had a very good stay, Jaume is super responsive and provided a lot of information for us to do things around. The house is super comfortable, everything was spotless and clean. Perfect for rest and quiet. I highly recommend the visit to the Estany which is both just 5 minutes from the house, pure nature, a great hike! Thank you very much Jaume!

Lovely country house! We were a group of friends with our dogs and we really enjoyed the house. With the large kitchen, dining room, terrace with the bbq and foosball :) we would like to return in summer to try the pool that looked great! Jordi was very kind, explained everything to us and welcomed us very warmly. We'll be back.

The house is big and has everything. We went as a family of 10 and everything was perfect. Good communication with the host and very attentive and kind. The house is next to a road but you can hardly hear anything, it has very little traffic. We will be back.

Vanessa couldn't greet us personally, but a neighbor did. When we arrived in the late afternoon, we already had the heating on so as not to be cold. In addition, we were supplied with all the firewood needed to make embers and light the fireplace. There was no oil, even though it was described in the ad, and Angelita still lent us some. The house is large, spacious, cozy, with a large garden and all this in a very quiet area. The area offers a variety of excursions.

Everything was great. We were a group of friends for a weekend and everything was great. The area is very quiet. The only problem was that the check-in instructions were somewhat confusing.

Very good stay at Sabine's in Luchon, very clear instructions for our arrival, the accommodation is clean, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated, all that's left to do is put your bags down! The balcony is a plus, we had lunch facing the mountain it's lovely. Excellent stay!
