Diese großzügige Gestaltung ermöglicht es uns, Gruppen von bis zu 11 Personen unterzubringen. Aber das ist nicht der einzige Grund, warum unsere Gäste unser Ferienapartment lieben. Unser Apartment verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche, die ideal für Selbstversorger ist, sowie eine Vielzahl von Schlafzimmern, die alle gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet sind.

Access to the cross-country ski trail is possible directly from the house. In summer, you can cycle, bike and climb. Grocery store, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance. There is a bus stop just 1 minute walk away. Pets are ONLY PERMITTED BY REQUEST and are welcome!

The restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes on foot. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!
