Villa for a break

Rent the larger half of the villa fully equipped, about 300 square meters with terrace, garden, garage, wine cellar, etc. The smaller apartment about 70 square meters in the villa is already rented. The location is fantastic, quiet, about 20 minutes walk or 4 minutes drive from the village of Oberbozen. The cable car there takes you directly to Bolzano in no time. The last piece of drive to the villa can be freed of possible snow in the winter (eviction service). The villa is ideal for a break also for 2 families.

This large and stylishly modernized country house villa is perfect for families and friends with plenty of space to eat, relax and sleep. It is located within walking distance of the beach, has a 100 square meter dining/living area with heated wooden floor and fireplace, a library / study and a sauna. From the 3 terraces and from the house there is plenty of sun all around and with a southwest orientation. Not a very quiet location, as it is close to the main road (soundproofing windows available)

Had a wonderful stay at the holiday house in Reith im Alpbachtal. The house is fully equipped, spotless clean on arrival, very welcoming. We visited at Christmas so had to do grocery shopping for the holidays. The concierge and family made it easy to drop off the luggage and groceries early, that was so nice! The surroundings looked like something out of a fairytale. Would love to visit again soon!

For the second time at Luis', this time in the spring. His house with villa feeling is exceptional. The large garden with flowers, trees, pond and fish has something meditative. Right next door is an apple orchard. From the second floor, where guests stay, you have a wonderful view of the high mountains, some of which are still snow-covered in spring. Luis is very thoughtful and empathetic. I can recommend his accommodation without reservation. Thanks for your hospitality, Luis!

everything was great! However, we already paid directly at the time of booking without being able to confirm it and a free cancellation was no longer possible. You could have announced this beforehand. The furniture is a little old and shower gel was also not there. The kitchen is well equipped for this. the surroundings are beautiful and very quiet and we felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The villagers were also very warm.

We spent a week of autumn vacation at Verena's in this enchanting, well-equipped apartment. We were able to experience the owner's art and collector's love up close. We discovered new details every day. The view of the Dolomites with morning and evening moods from the dining room and balcony was overwhelming. The location of the apartment on the Freund promenade allowed us many hiking tours without using the car. Verena was very open and communicative and shared the history of the house and art. Thank you! The apartment is highly recommended!

It was a lovely trip and a great place to stay. Unfortunately, the heating of the pool is broken when we were there. The caretaker tried everything and we could still use it for one night with a workaround. He was very nice. A little more light (e.g. with a string of lights) above the pool and hooks for hanging towels would have been handy. Otherwise everything was great! ☺️

We had a wonderful getaway with two other families in this cozy house. The children could play safely in the fenced garden, the adults enjoy the sauna. Good room sizes and layout. There is a lot to discover in the area for children, for the most part even within walking distance: forest playground, children's hiking trails, spa, gondola railway Spieljoch with playground at the summit station, Murmelland...

We spent a week in this small but intelligently divided apartment. It is very tastefully designed with lots of wood and light through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The pictures of Ivo Rossi Sief created a good atmosphere. The large garden is also artistically designed and there is plenty of open space and seating outside. The view of the mountains is beautiful, the tranquility only gently interrupted by cowbells. It is possible to leave the car behind and start tours directly from the house. Verena inquired about us, gave tips and she also helped us with a medication. Only minus point: The kitchen is also small, there is a lack of storage space and equipment, especially the kettle. For us, who regularly make tea or prepare meals, it was awkward. Lichtenstern is a beautiful spot on the Ritten, from which you can see the stars sparkle. We would come back again.
