Bedroom has bunks plus a twin bed and there is a full sized Murphy bed. Plenty of firewood for the firepit or the woodburning fireplace. This was a clean, quiet and modern apartment. We loved the themed decor, the 1904 World’s Fair. Very charming, and we had everything we needed. Clean, well appointed. Lots of accoutrements. Seemed recently rehabbed/remodeled. Parking space included, though we used the ample street parking. Centrally located. Near Botanic Gardens and Tower Grove Park. Easy to get to downtown or other neighborhoods. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises. 🏆

The home was cute and cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare simple meals. We appreciated that there was salt, pepper and a few spice blends. There was plenty of space for our family. This included enough seating for dining as well as living room seating. Bedrooms were spacious. The town is just beautiful. We were unfortunately there during several days of torrential rain but the house was warm and comfortable. We really appreciated the back porch where we could leave wet shoes. Definitely a great home and we’d love to stay again if we are ever in the area

House was perfect for our visits to wineries and not that far to downtown St Louis to visit the Arch and botanical gardens, both of which were worth it. House had all amenities one could want - slow cooker, wine opener, colander, etc. Salt, pepper, oil, and some leftover ketchup and mustard, helped a lot for eating in. Restaurants are not very close, with the exception of 2 wineries, so we cooked. House was exceptionally clean. We had some soffit damage due to heavy windstorms, and it was fixed the day I called. (Very responsive!) Would highly recommend!

We stayed at the house for about 7 months due to our house flooding. We were so thankful to have a house that was similar to ours in a location that was close. Brittany was great to work with! She was prompt with her replies and was flexible based on our ongoing change of schedule.

Jackie was a wonderful host. We didn’t stay at this exact location but we stayed in the 1845 Mansion. I’m writing this review under this place because when we first booked Jackie had to let us know she needed to move us over to the bigger house due to some unforeseen circumstances with this location. The 1845 Mansion looked like a house out of a Hallmark movie. She had the tables beautifully set for our family Christmas party and treats set out for the kids and adults. She didn’t even forget about fur babies, Jackie had toys and treats sitting out for them as well. I highly recommend any of Jackie’s locations for your family gatherings.

I loved my stay at The Cottage! It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and smelled so nice as soon as I walked in the door. It was perfect for my stay in St Charles while attending a conference in the area. The area is beautiful and there is a great coffee shop nearby. Other restaurants and park areas are within walking distance as well. I highly recommend Lindsay's place and would love to stay there again!
