Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Skyros

Διαμονή 1.7-7.7/2024. Η Άννα, το διαμέρισμα, η βεράντα του διαμερίσματος, η παραλία μπροστα απο το διαμέρισμα. Σπάνια περίπτωση και τυχερός όποιος μπορέσει να το ζήσει. Άψογη επικοινωνία, πολύ ωραίο σπιτι, καταπληκτική θεα, ωραία παραλία, ηρεμία και χαλάρωση, εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα σημεία του νησιού. Θα μας λήψουν, η χαλάρωση στη βεράντα ακούγοντας τον ήχο της θάλασσας, η βραδυνή ησυχια της περιοχης, το πρωινο ξύπνημα με βουτια στη θάλασσα, οι βουτιές πριν το σούρουπο..........δεν γραφω άλλα γιατί τα θυμάμαι και θάθελα να ήμουν εκεί. Ευχόμαστε στην Άννα κάθε καλό.

Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ ωραίο παραδοσιακό σπίτι, σε μια από τις πιο ωραίες παραλίες του νησιού. Τα παιδιά (6 και 3 ετών) ενθουσιάστηκαν με τον κήπο. Η κουζίνα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη και γενικά δεν μας έλλειψε τίποτα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!

Beautiful, sparkling clean accommodation, in a clean and easily accessible spot, 3min-walking distance from the center. . Both the interior and the exterior look better than in the Airbnb site photos. The small patio/ yard does not face the sun in the morning or the evening; so we savoured our breakfast there everyday before heading to the beach! All appliances are clean and work great; the bathroom is a bit small but nothing to worry about. A/C works perfectly, and chills the place when/ if needed. No sounds at night as the bats are 3-5 min on foot, so our sleep was great! New bedsheet and towels came with a cleaning lady, very 3 days! Our host has been the perfect example of Greek hospitality, answering all our questions, and spending quality time over drinks-coffee with us! On top of a well maintained spot, he certainly added his personal touch on our Skyros experience! Definitely recommended!

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Η διαμονή μας στο Airbnb ήταν απλά καταπληκτική! Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, η φιλοξενία ήταν φιλική και άμεση. Ο χώρος ήταν ακριβώς όπως τον βλέπαμε στις φωτογραφίες και ακόμα καλύτερος στην πραγματικότητα. Καθαριότητα, άνεση και προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ξεχωριστή. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, κοντά σε όλα τα κύρια σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη και άνετη. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν εξαιρετικός και πολύ εξυπηρετικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος για οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση ή ανάγκη. Είχαμε την αίσθηση ότι ήμασταν σε ένα σπίτι και όχι απλά σε μια ενοικίαση. Θα συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το κατάλυμα σε όποιον θέλει να ζήσει μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία!

Siamo stati ospiti da Avgerinos e sua moglie, due simpatiche e splendide persone locali, in questa bellissima casa nel villaggio di Aspous. Sono stati disponibili sia prima che dopo il nostro arrivo e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni sull'isola oltre ad aiutarci ogni volta che ne avessimo bisogno. La casa è molto bella e pulita, la posizione ottima. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen und haben den Standort im Bereich vina sehr lieben gelernt. Es ist so friedlich. Der Strand vina beach ist durch die Gartentüre über die duene erreichbar und wenn man morgens früh und abends kommt, ist man so gut wie alleine. Frau Vera war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und wir haben die Unterhaltungen mit ihr sehr genossen. Fuer uns war natürlich sehr angenehm, uns mit Ihr auf Deutsch zu unterhalten! die Wohnung ist Blitz sauber und verfügt über alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Türe möglich ! Wir würden gerne wieder kommen und freuen uns schon, Frau Vera wieder zu treffen. wir wünschen Ihnen ein gutes Restjahr und hoffen, wir treffen uns nächstes Jahr wieder auf unserer geliebten Insel skyros. Η καλύτερη επιλογή που μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε! Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική! Μα πιο πολύ από όλα άξιζε η φιλοξενία της Σοφίας που μας υποδέχτηκε από την πρώτη στιγμή που φτάσαμε στο νησί, μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν το σπίτι μας και ήταν συνεχώς πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει!

Fantastic stay, the hosts were wonderful, even though we never met them, we still felt very looked after. They even give us gifts of local delights. The location is perfect access to town and the beach, but still very quiet. We felt like locals staying in this perfect traditional home of the skyrians. I’ve been coming to Skyros for 40 years and this was my favourite experience. We highly recommend this place.

The house exceeded our expectations. It has panoramic views over the sea and surrounding hills. It is calm and peaceful. The house is extremely clean and well furnished. In very hot summer it is cool and breezy.

Καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα με μπαλκοναρα βουνό και θάλασσα ! Όλα όπως στις φωτογραφίες άψογα. Λεπτομερείς οδηγίες και hints τα οποία μας βοήθησαν πάρα πολύ Ήταν απλά υπέροχα !

We made this little piece of heaven our home for 10 days. Located in tranquil, idyllic surroundings right in front of a lovely beach, this is the perfect place to unwind and relax to the sound of the sea. Our host Mina (Stratos’ mother) with her warm, welcoming smile and aristocratic discretion, was always on hand to offer advice or provide something we needed. Ideal for couples who wish to 'disconnect' the studio is clean, comfortable and functional, but we personally enjoyed countless hours on the lovely balcony or gazing at the stars from the super-comfortable loungers on the adjoining terrace..…. we were very sad to leave.

We loved our 9 night stay at Ilya suites by the Sea. Believe me, 9 nights was not enough. We could have stayed longer! Dimitris is the BEST host, he is always there to support your stay. Our room was cleaned everyday, which was such a nice bonus. It was so relaxing on the whole property! There are very good restaurants (about 5) just a short walk to Steni Vala Port, where you can also find breakfast and coffee. To really explore the island, you will need a car. We found incredible beaches with help from Dimitris. Don’t miss Eleni’s bakery near port and Meltimi Restaurant!! We highly recommend this stay on Alonnosis!

Anche se il nostro appartamento, dei tre, non era quello di fronte al mare era comunque proprio alla spiaggia! Vicino a ristoranti bar e spiagge attrezzate. Nessun problema con l host. Consigliato !

L'accueil s'est très bien passé, les instructions claires, l'environnement est calme, seul bémol pour nous mais notre hôte n'y est pour rien, la météo n'a pas été aussi ensoleillée et l'appartement pouvait etre un peu humide, dans ce cas, notamment dans la salle de bain où il manque une vitre dans la fenêtre

Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Wohnung! Der atemberaubende Blick auf das Meer aus jedem Zimmer, insbesondere beim Sonnenaufgang, war einfach spektakulär. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Es war großartig, den Morgen mit einem solchen Panorama zu beginnen. Die Wohnung bot genug Platz für uns fünf - vier Erwachsene und ein 12-jähriges Kind. Wir fanden es sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Die Nähe zu Annehmlichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten machte es zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge. Insgesamt kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Der Blick allein macht sie zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt, und die Nähe zu allem, was man braucht, ist unschlagbar. Ich werde mit Sicherheit in Betracht ziehen, hier

The location is a little isolated but great for walking/running and enjoying the sea. The apartment had all necessarily items. Very good stay!

Es lief alles perfekt. Das Haus ist wunderbar. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Todo correcto y un trato exquisito. Esta bien situado y se puede aparcar sin problema. Los domingos hay un mercado en la misma calle. Enfrente de casa hay un bar-restaurante con unos dueños muy amables en donde si preguntas puedes comer algo diferente, no solamente comida a la brasa.

Merci pour votre accueil, tout s’est bien passé. Ioannis nous a attendu pour tout montrer l’appartement et donner les clefs. L’appartement est bien, bien chauffé en hiver et bien placé. On était 2 et ça allait très bien, la deuxième petite chambre pourrait très bien convenir à un enfant ou un ami proche

Great studio apartment, hot shower, very comfortable bed, right above the climbing shop, short drive to climbing sectors. Large balcony for morning sun, numerous cafes and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Just a note, we missed it in the listing info, wifi is not included.

Poppi ci ha ricevuto personalmente e ci ha fornito ogni informazione utile. La casa si trova in una posizione rialzata da dove si gode di un panorama mozzafiato. È ordinata, pulita, arredata con gusto e molto ben distribuita, con due ampi spazi esterni dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. Perfetta per raggiungere in pochi minuti di macchina i due principali centri abitati e le spiagge dei dintorni.
