Waterfront vacation rentals in Skyros

Kostas' house with beautiful property is really right on the beach of Gyrismata and offers a fantastic 180° view of the open sea from the back terrace. At the end of September, the beach was almost deserted. As often written, it can be very windy there, but around the house you will find a windstill and shaded spot at any time of day. The simply equipped house offers everything you need for a holiday stay. We enjoyed our time there very much, thank you again!

This was a perfect stay. Steps away from the beautiful Pefkos beach, the apartment is private and peaceful and has a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The large private terrace overlooks the bay and the taverna is open every day for lunch and dinner. The hosts are very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend.

Mrs Eleni was a fantastic host! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to a beautiful secluded beach. Communication and cooperation with Mrs Eleni were excellent. I highly recommend her and her place.

(Three-week stay at the end of September, as a couple) Simple, clean and functional studio with a large covered veranda. Comfortable bed, wardrobe for clothes and large practical storage drawers. The shower would benefit from panels rather than curtains to avoid wetting the bathroom floor. Otherwise it has good pressure and there is no shortage of hot water. Kelly gives good advice, is responsive, available even remotely and responds proactively. From mid-September some restaurants and beach bars close for the season but there are still several others still open. Quiet location, surrounded by sand with views of fishing boats, the hilltop village, the changing light on the cliffs of the south of the island that closes the bay, in short a soothing place! Great location, quiet and peaceful. House was great for our needs (party of 5) and was generally well equiped. We loved that we could get vegetables from the garden. There’s some great tavernas a short drive away as well a couple within walking distance. Barely 2 minutes walk to the beach where the waters were clear and warm.

This place is wonderful, has everything one needs on vacation and more. There is a lot of space, we were there with two families and didn't bump into each other. The view from main terrace is amazing, and even in the afternoon where the sun shines directly on it, one can sit in the living room and watch sea through huge window. Anna, the host, is very friendly and takes great care about her guests.
