The house is situated in Votsi,in a quiet,silent residential area. It has a stunning view of the port and its crystal clear water. It is close to the astonishing beach of Spartines,wich is reacheable only by a small path and is always almost deserted. The apartment is a mix of 80's and old furnitures,with a modern touch. Comfortable residence with stunning views

The house is located in a lush area with stunning views just 5 minutes by car from Skiathos Town. The house is divided into two levels. Downstairs there is a spacious living room and dining room, a large kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. From here there is access to the terrace which has a dining table and magnificent views. On the upper level there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Outside there is a large garden with parking space, barbecue and rest areas. There is no public transport.

The building was once part of the Byzantine Castle of Alonissos. In the early 19th century it was the island's first Post Office, and later the first ever café on Alonissos. All woodwork (furniture, floors etc) is handmade with solid oak tree wood and the décor is elegant and rustic. It was renovated, retaining many of its traditional elements and objects, while having the amenities of a modern home. Within walking distance there are all kinds of shops, public services and the bus stop. The nearest beaches, about 600 meters away, are Rousoum and Patitiri.
