Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. The house is located close to the castle near the top of the Chora of Skyros and offers privacy and a magestic sea view. The house is open to families, couples, groups of friends with or without pets. The house has three rooms, a bathroom (with toilet and shower), a balcony and a terrace. The first room has a sofa - double bed (red one in pictures), the second room has a double bed and the third room has a sofa and a kitchen. The house can provide accomodation for up to 4 people.

The view form the front, shaded porch, is unique at all times of the day, while the house has two bedrooms with comfortable bedrooms, a living room with a sofa-bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that guarantees your comfort during the ypur stay there. Our beautiful property is right next to the beach with a stunning ocean view. The entire house apartment for rent ,has a living area of 110m² big with an additional 65m² of terraces. There are two master bedrooms, one gallery bedroom with double beds and a small room with a single bed. Additionally there are two single sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there are two bathrooms.

The “Briar House” has been recently renovated and is located in the upper part of Skyros Town, on the main uphill way to the fortress and to St. George Monastery. It can accommodate 2 persons. Outside cube shaped, the house follows the characteristic architecture of the island. Inside the architect has used modern elements to make guests stay more pleasant.
