This houseboat is 180m2 and situated in a magical spot. You stay in a green area, but still conveniently located when you want to see the main Amsterdam attractions. Being moored south of the central part of the city, you reach within 10 minutes by bike the busy streets of A'dam with all its facilities. Nearest public transport is a 18 min. walk. To reach the houseboat you first have a short path through the woods leading to its garden in front of the houseboat. it is our own boat where we live.

This water villa is situated at the beginning of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam . Located in the center between the Central Station and the Jordaan. 10 min walk from the C.S. and 5 min to the Jordaan. Lovely modern water villa in the middle of the centre with everything handy. Absolutely wondeful cottage on the water - cosy, comfortable and very well thought out. We had a fantastic time going out on the boat (our little 4 year old learned to row!) and sitting on the deck, enjoying watching the ducks and coots. Mike and Denise are very attentive hosts. We miss it already and hope to be back!

Very nice house in a wonderful location. The water property with the beautiful terrace is really special. The house is bright and spacious. We arrived as a family with 7 people, it was perfect for that. In March, it was still a little chilly to use the terrace extensively, but the fireplace in the cozy living room was worth gold. We felt very comfortable.

A beautiful and very clean apartment overlooking the sea, which can be reached in just a few meters on foot. For the cold season, in addition to the well-functioning heating, two beautiful wool blankets for the sofa would be quite nice. I really enjoyed the bedroom in the pointed floor. The beds were extremely pleasant and comfortable. However, there are several to know that the pointed floor to the 2nd bedroom has stairs up without a door. In my opinion, however, is not an obstacle to living in this beautiful apartment with several people.

We are delighted to have stayed with Hermine and Tim, in this small idyllic setting. The neighborhood is very quiet, the view of the canal is very pleasant, both in the early morning and at sunset. The accommodation is private and parking is easy to access. Thanks to the bikes Hermine and Tim lent us, it's easy to get to the bus to go to Amsterdam. We felt good, the accommodation was equipped and very pleasant. We'll be back! 🥰🌷🚲

We had a fantastic time. The boat was big enough for 5 people and everyone had retreats. Everything was top notch. Only the location is suboptimal, as in the industrial area and relatively noisy in the morning. But very well insulated windows. It didn't bother us any further. Highly recommended

Bas and Hannie offer a wonderful apartment that feels very welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean, and communication with them was smooth and kind. We had a wonderful weekend. Casper's boat is a great place to stay - an excellent location for bars, restaurants, museums and galleries - everything you'd like to see or do in Amsterdam. Casper is also an excellent host, very responsive and full of tips. I'd happily recommend him and his boat to anyone!
