What a paradise! Plenty of peace, wonderful to hear so many birds in the morning, beautiful house. The children enjoyed the pool, despite the fresh weather. We were able to get off to El Escorial, Madrid, Segovia and Avila. Perfect communication. Really, everything was great!

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

We loved the place. Lots of space. Very good for us. Lovely living area. Garden and pool not looked after. Very peaceful place.

The house is simple but perfectly meets the needs of a swimming pool and barbecue weekend. Communication with Ricardo has been smooth, he has given us clear instructions and helpful tips. The place is very quiet, close to Hita (whose visit is worthwhile, you can get there by walking not very long). Ideal place to disconnect from the city and prepare some good embers.

He's a lovely person... he was there to welcome us. He asked me if we needed anything... everything was great. The house is spacious, well connected, with kitchenware and things for breakfast and cooking, well lit and with many windows, with parking and a host who made sure we had everything we needed... a real treat.

This is a great spot, quiet and tucked away but only 5-6 mins walk to the Metro (and the station is right by a Colombian bakery….great empanadas !). Very comfortable and well equipped home. Barbara and her co-hosts were so helpful with airport pick up tips, local restaurant recommendations etc - she and her team made everything really easy. We’d love to return….

Very great apartment. We were on a family trip, 6 adults. Great with three bathrooms! Good kitchen for cooking simple food. High standard of apartment and interior. Very welcoming and service minded hosting. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

very nice old house. really authentic experience. surroundings are amazing. Christmas decorations in house were soo lovely and generally house is very very nice.

We stayed several days in Guillermo's house with my family and the experience was excellent. From the first moment, Guillermo was always attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. The house is very cozy, comfortable and perfect for rest. With lovely views and a great location. We felt very welcome and cared for throughout your stay. We loved our stay at Gustavo's home. Such a unique and artful place in the most beautiful neighborhood by Retiro Park. He was an incredible host, kind, accommodating, and very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Great private home in Madrid, perfect walking distance to many local eateries and markets. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs!

We arrived a little before check-in time and the host made it easy for us to settle in. The house is perfect for a large group to have everything you need. It was very important to us that each family unit had a full bathroom. We were all able to park in the garage of the house, which was appreciated because although there is parking in the surrounding area, it was much more convenient to unload luggage and so on. The house is very spacious and that has allowed us to share the space both outside and inside with all the comfort. It was a very pleasant stay for the group.

The vas complied perfectly with what we wanted, and with what was advertised. In addition to clean and tidy the house is comfortable and comfortable and new.

Mar was aware of everything at all times, very friendly, although we arrived later than planned did not give us any problems. Thank you! The house is just as seen in the photos, very quiet area and 5 minutes from the village. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and be in nature it is definitely ideal. The only "but" is that the fence of the estate needs arrangements and we could not keep the dogs loose without being aware of them, but it also did not accompany the time for them to be away from home. Brand new. All rooms and facilities are perfect. It has a great terrace to enjoy with family.

The apartment is just as described. Everything was very clean and tidy. We arrived at night and the stove was on and it was great. Cozy and perfect environment to spend a few days with family and/or friends. I recommend it 100%.

The stay at Fernando and Elena's house was like being in your own home. Very cozy, personal and nice decor. The service with them has been impeccable and always accommodating. We had a great three days, with stunning views of La Cabrera and Valdemanco.

A very good option to stay in Madrid. Basyar is charming, we asked for an extra set of keys and they made it for us without a problem. Lovely and I would definitely stay again.

Many thanks Mathias, Maria and family for our stay in your lovely holiday home. Such a peaceful location with beautiful mountain views. A really comfortable and homely house, we enjoyed using all the different indoor and outdoor spaces and games in the property, as well as walking to the nearby village to enjoy delicious pastries from the local bakery and a drink in the local taverna bar. We also enjoyed visits to nearby waterfall and mountain walks and the amazing The Catedral de Justo in Mejorada del Campo (about 50mins drive).

We had a great weekend. The house is very cozy, the beds are fantastic. Lovely host and breakfast in their fable restaurant. The environment is beautiful. We were really looking forward to it. Thanks so much
