we were a family with 2 children aged 3. We loved the house. The house is suitable for families with children, it has everything, the kitchen is equipped, high chair, living room with games for the family, movies for all ages and many dolls. the house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a very well prepared street terrace where we have spent several days having breakfast and dinner there we have stayed 5 days and Jose Manuel and his son have taken very good care of us. They have given us information about the area. the house is very close to sagunto and 30 minutes from Valencia. we'll definitely come back

A cozy and ideal house, with everything you need for 4 people. María José left the stove on for us so that the house was warm when we arrived (it had snowed that day). Without a doubt, if we return to Tragacete, we will return to Casita Luan.

Lovely comfortable apartment for 6 people. Good bedding. Good location in the city center.

A perfect place to disconnect. Very quiet place but at the same time with lots of things to do nearby. Lots of possibilities. We were right at home. The terrace gave us a lot of space to move around, it was very nice. Definitely to be repeated and recommended to friends.

Offers unparalleled tranquility, this cottage is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with nature. The house has been restored with meticulous care, it combines traditional rustic elements with all the modern amenities you might need. It has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your own meals. The surroundings of the house, attention to detail, is ideal to enjoy the tranquility and nature as a family. Highly recommended.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a lovely property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

What an amazing house with swimming pool, something on the cold side in October:-). We were there with 8 people and there is enough room for that. Spacious rooms and cleanly furnished. A 10-minute drive from the town of Vilamarxant, where there is a shop and a baker. The bakery has delicious bread, but you have to be early for that otherwise it's up. Supermarket also has great bread. Valencia is a half hour drive away, you will be on the highway in no time. Daniel communicates pleasantly, responds quickly and adequately. The manager Fernando is very helpful and friendly and also responds quickly through the app. Is also quickly on the spot if needed.

Beautiful stay. Accommodation more than excellent. Clean and super quiet house. We had a great week. Cristina is a great host and I would recommend it 100%. we'll be back.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

The apartment is ideal for a couple with 2 children. Everything was impeccable, it had everything you need and the furniture and decor were modern and stylish. Communication with Belén was very good. 100% recommended.

Fantastic accommodation, in the heart of the basin. You have all the sights within walking distance. The area is quiet but at the same time full of life. In the house we found everything necessary and Vero left us details that we loved. Definitely the best place to stay in the basin. The house is very neat and clean. Accessing it is easy and flexible. We were delighted!!!

We rented this house for New Year's Eve, the girls were very nice to us and made us feel like we were at home. The house is really nice, clean and tidy. The area is very quiet and also nice for a walk in the evening or during the day. We'll definitely be happy to stay again.

Marie was a good host and the place was well equipped however you have to have a car as the places that are there have very limited opening times. They are only open in the morning. When we got back the only place that was open, closed as we were trying to order. Everything is closed on Monday.

Loved the place and my time in Cuenca. I was super cozy and had everything I needed. The place is on a pedestrian street so it was quiet at night. The location was convenient to the touristy areas as well as the newer part of town where the supermarkets are. Concepcion was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Spent a lovely week at Agustin and Mari’s flat. They are wonderful hosts, friendly, kind and thoughtful. Left us some breakfast items and were flexible with our late arrival and departure. Flat is clean, bright and spacious. Easy distance to restaurants and Consum supermarket. Agustin showed us how to get into València easily using the metro. We used the hire car to get to the station. Nice local seafront with eating places and bars. Pool and tennis court are good especially for the children. Recommended

we loved the apartment, we really enjoyed the views, although we weren't very long, but the time to stay we felt like these house, and the details. thought of everything even left us a refreshing welcome. thank you very much 😊

Carla is a great host. She waited for us to arrive late into the night. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything one initially needs—especially the Nescafé coffee machine. There are local stores one can walk to you can buy the essentials like bread and coffee. There’s a Carrefour supermarket just 10 minutes drive and a couple other supermarkets in the town of Puçol. The location is perfect for a quick drive into the city (25 minutes). The boardwalk in Poçul is only a couple of blocks from the apartment with restaurants and ice cream shops. A Valencia is a beautiful city and we followed the recommendations Carla gave us. Our stay was too short 5 days but we plan on coming back for a longer time. 100% recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

The stay was very pleasant to spend the weekend with friends and disconnect, the house is large and has several terraces and a barbecue that are great for good weather, we would repeat!

We have been living in AirBnBs around the world for almost 4 years and Marisa’s place is one of the best. We spent 3 months here and specifically chose this AirBnB in winter as we knew from staying here previously how good it is. We cannot understate how great Marisa is as a host. Anything you need will not be a problem, she has always been so helpful to us. Unlike many AirBnBs you can simply unpack and enjoy. No extra cleaning needed, no need to request an item such as glasses or bowls or any other basic items that tend to be missing at many AirBnBs. In fact some of the best quality pots and pans can be found here. Also, in winter you’ll get full sun almost all day on the balcony and it’s absolutely quiet. You are minutes away (walking ) to the water or a fabulous grocery store + there is a great FREE local bus that in 10min takes you to the metro where you can travel into Valencia or all the way to the airport!!
