"Das Bergheim" is one of the typical holiday homes in the Vorauf holiday park with approx. 83 square meters of living space and a plot area of approx. 500 square meters. Characteristic of the quietly located vacation resort are these cozy single-roof houses in wooden frame construction. In 2022, it was lovingly renovated and designed in a contemporary way with a stylish color scheme in the French Scandinavian style. A modern, appealing interior now meets the typically cozy architecture of the house in the middle of the Chiemgau Alps.

Relax in this special and cozy accommodation. Newly designed one-room apartment in a quiet yet central location. Ideal for all kinds of excursions. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Enjoy your time in one of the cozy only roof houses of the holiday park Vorauf. The holiday park is located in a quiet location in the Alpine foothills of Chiemgau. The house (type Oslo) has 83 square meters and stands on a property area of about 750 square meters. The house is my own home, which I have lovingly renovated in the last few years and rent out during my work trips. Around the holiday park there are many excursions for the whole family.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unser Gästehaus liegt im Herzen des Chiemgaus. Man erreicht Salzburg oder den Chiemsee in ca. 20 Minuten. Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. Eine Ladestation für ein Elektroauto und eine Sauna können gegen ein Entgeld benutzt werden. Lassen Sie sich überraschen -wir freuen uns !

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

With a lot of love for detail, renovated in 2024, in the heart of the Chiemgau. The apartment is located in the Vorauf vacation park (83313 Siegsdorf) and can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a nice and well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large, 1.80 m wide bed, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony, with beautiful outdoor furniture. Step into the mountain view apartment and feel right at home in your little chalet and look forward to countless nature and sports adventures! Close to mountains and Lake Chiemsee. The Kampenwand cable car is a 5-minute walk and the mountaineering village of Sachrang is a few minutes by car! Relax and enjoy mountain views on your sun balcony. Snuggle into the cozy box-spring bed or relax in the sauna with a large relaxation room!

Mountain chalet: hunter's apartment with fireplace

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

Old town apartment with terrace in Hallein

Our guest apartment is on the second floor of an old town house in the heart of Hallein and offers a nice view of the pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.
