Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

It is newly renovated and will be offered for the first time in 2017. It is built in a modern open style, has a gallery with a double bed and a separate room with two single beds. It is tastefully decorated with antique and modern furniture. In some cases, the original and over 150 years old roof truss can still be seen.
