Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Located in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to take advantage of many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable right from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I've ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The surroundings and and scenery are truly spectacular. The house was beyond expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again when I return.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! It was very nice in the tiny house. The terrace is large enough for reading and sunbathing and very quiet - parasol and loungers were available. The hot pot was especially great! We will be happy to come back.

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and gave many tips and was always available. We will definitely be back and gladly recommend the hostess and apartment without reservation.

The place was as described. The hosts very friendly. We felt very comfortable. Very suitable for families with children. The area is very varied and has something for every taste (wildlife parks, amusement parks, very good hiking, etc.). We will be happy to come back.

Clean apartment at a very good location

Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also hassle-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

The accommodation is lovingly decorated, clean and equipped with everything you might need. The location is great :) quiet, but still central enough to reach everything easily. Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

We stayed with our 1.5-year-old daughter for 10 days in the accommodation. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was super described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why we fortunately did not have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the vacation we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

A beautiful apartment on the edge of Fuschl with a great view of the lake! We stayed there with our dog for almost a week and felt very comfortable. The house is quietly located and is the perfect starting point for various excursions in the region. Dog owners will love the green surroundings that invite you to take walks. Very close by is an old mill where you can get fresh, traditionally baked bread once a week by pre-order. We will be happy to come back!

The first thing that struck me when entering the apartment is what great atmosphere the tall wooden ceiling gives. Located in the outskirts of Traunstein you get the perfect combination of nearby trails for walking and walking distance to grocery and bakery. The kitchen is fully equipped and with good space for making food. A fenced area of the garden is available to your disposal which is very convenient when bringing a pet. Great communication with the host, recommended!

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-maintained house. After the vacation, our son probably first talked about the apartment, which he liked so much, in kindergarten. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time if needed. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Baker, butcher and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it possible to explore the area around Lake Chiemsee as well as the entire Bavarian Alpine foothills up to Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easily accessible and were there to help. Her friendly manner made the stay even more enjoyable. We'd love to come back!

There were two of us in Georg's great apartment in June. For our purposes, it was perfect, we lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

Had a great stay at Alexander's place. He was always easily accessible. The location of the apartment is also very good. The apartment is also great for families with small children.

I had a fantastic vacation at the property. Very cozy, it has everything you need and more. Communication with Evelin was excellent at all times. She, her family and the two dogs are very hospitable. By public transport, you can quickly get to Salzburg & Co., but the area around the accommodation also invites you to walk or hike. I would recommend this place 100% and will definitely stop by again if I want to vacation in Salzburg again.

fantastic stay😊👌👌 my wife and I were able to do so many things in 5 days, Munich,Salzburg, konigssee (absolutely stunning) Berchtesgaden. strategic point to do things around ( it was on our way to Hallstatt too) Sepp and Doris ate really great people felt friendly immediately. the place is very comfortable, the bed! wow!😊, the bathroom everything was perfect. more than happy of our stay. thank you again ,wish you the best for the future.
