The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The Leitnerhof is located on a hill above the Surtal in the middle of a rural landscape with meadows, forests and pastures in the beautiful Chiemgau, which invites you to go hiking and cycling. The Chiemsee can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Waginger See in 15 minutes. Salzburg can be seen from the farm and is only 30 km away. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free parking available on the property.
