This room is a mixed dormitory room.Our room provides 3 bunk beds. -From Kyoto Station, take bus number 205 for 6 minutes or taxi for 7 minutes - 4 minutes walk from Keihan Shimizu Gojo Station, 15 minutes walk from Hankyu Kyoto Kawaramachi Station, 17 minutes walk from JR Kyoto Station, and 10 minutes walk from Gojo Subway Station - Kiyomizu Temple area is a famous tourist attraction, 3 minutes by bus/Fushimi Inari 7 minutes by train/Nishiki Market 5 minutes by bus and easy to access everywhere - 4 mins walk to convenience store/supermarket - Hostel with more than 110 years of history, about 10 rooms - 100 years ago, it was used as a playground. - Enjoy interacting with other guests - The walls are thin and the surrounding sounds are easy to hear, but please enjoy the old Japanese buildings - There is a restaurant. - Kamogawa River is nearby, so you can spend a relaxing time - Toilets, showers and washbasins are shared, but there is a Japanese public bath that is easy for beginners to enter in a 2-minute walk

Major tourist attractions such as Heian Shrine, Nanzenji Temple and Ginkakuji Temple are close by.There are many unique and delicious places to eat and drink within walking distance of the house, and you won't get bored even if you stay for a long time.I also rent bicycles, so you can use bicycles to go to Kamogawa and Gion downtown, etc. Convenience stores, post offices, public baths, liquor stores, coin-operated laundries, and restaurants (including Takoyakiya and ramen shops) are within a 5-minute walk of the hotel, so you can experience “ordinary Kyoto life”.I would like to stay as I live. The building is old Japanese style and has a calm atmosphere.It just opened in September 2017, so the air conditioning and other facilities are up to date and the tatami mats are new!!

A budget guesthouse in a 80 some year old former traditional Kyoto style house. Close to center, sightseeing spots and historic sites. Our house has 2 floors and 1 basement. Shared Shower rooms and Toilets are on the basement. A free-use kitchen is available to cook own meals.
