Hello everyone, welcome to the best place in Kyoto. It is quiet and convenient for you to relax. Then our staff can speak Chinese and English! It took us two years to find this quiet building with an elevator, and then another year of good faith negotiations with the landlord to convince him to buy this building, which is really a Japanese building, and you can directly experience 100% of the daily life of the Japanese people! We thoughtfully decorated more than a dozen rooms in this building into different unique styles. The themes of each room were handmade and painted by us. On average, we can open a new room for an average of more than a month. We're also thrilled that Airbnb's three accounts have received more than 300 five-star Superhost reviews, and because we choose our bedding with great care, many of our customers say our beds are great to sleep in! We also care about cleaning, and we know that cleaning and cleaning outsourcing is the cheapest, but we don't feel the care and temperature, so our room is completely cleaned with our utmost care. Most of the good airbnb accommodation in a good location in Kyoto does not have an elevator, especially the old Machiya. Sometimes we travel with our parents and children. Kyoto Sanjo, where the accommodation is located, is very well located and is very convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and dining. One of the things we are proud of is that we use Shigaraki-yaki pottery, one of the six ancient pots of Japan, in the bathtub so that visitors can spend a wonderful night in Gion. It is a 3-minute walk to Gion Shirakawa, and the road along the river is a popular spot with cherry blossoms in spring and willows in summer, attracting many people. But my favorite time is when there are no people at midnight. The river surface is glittering and magical, like another world. A few minutes walk away, there are Seion-in Temple and Chion-in Temple, famous for their autumn leaves, and in the spring, you can walk to Yasaka Shrine, famous for its weeping cherry blossoms Please experience "Gion" at my accommodation! You can walk to Gion, Ponto-cho, Shijo-Kawaramachi and Higashiyama area (Kiyomizu Temple, Koudai-ji Temple). So this location is convenient for sightseeing around Kyoto. 3rd floor is very modern and stylish and 4th floor is Japanese-style. There is a wonderful view from our balcony, and you can overlook the Kamo river. Please enjoy different atmospheres of each floor.

We opened this guest house in October, 2017. It is the middle of downtown in Kyoto. It is 5 minutes walk from Kawaramachi station(Hankyu line). From Shijo station, it is 10 minutes walk. From Shijo station to Kyoto station is 4 minutes by subway. Our guest house is next to Shin-kyogoku dori, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, convenient stores, fashion items, 100yen stores.... It is easy to access to Nishiki-ichiba(we called the kitchen of Kyoto, market), Teramachi dori, Gion on foot.
