This place was nice, great price too. Host was extremely friendly, respectful and responsive! Pros: Great food and stores all around you. 20 mins from downtown Dubai via car Food and drinks are cheap in this neighborhood Restaurants are really inexpensive and good People were extremely friendly Cons: You are in the middle of India/Pakistan neighborhoods Everyone will stare are you because you are not one of them Parking was a big hassle, all the lots were full. It took days to find a parking and was hit with multiple violations Plates and bowls were not there like the photos I went and purchased plastic wear Overall it was a great stay, I didn’t have any major issue really. You can walk and do anything. Host was amazing!

Ahmed made sure that nothing was missing and I really appreciated the flexibility of the check-in / check-out ! The location was very convenient and family-friendly, the place very neat and nicely stocked-up, the hospitality and responsiveness were on point. Overall : Amazing stay 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Wassim was great host and very responsive at all times. The studio apartment is well situated and easy to access at Maryam Island. There is a local shop with fresh fruit and veg as well as a pharmacy right next to the apartment building. Facilities are new including a great pool area and a gym.

We had a great time in the flat, it was spacious, clean and well ventilated. Its location was excellent, near the corniche, lots of restaurants, pharmacies, shops etc was around at walkable distance Would definitely contact if we came to Sharjah again.
