I had a fantastic stay at this apartment with my family during our much-needed vacation after two years of hard work. The host was exceptional—very responsive and quick to offer support when we encountered a minor issue. The apartment was spotless, with top-notch cleaning and all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The location truly exceeded our expectations, with access to more than three pools, a well-equipped gym, and a beautifully clean, serviced beach. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again in the future.

My experience at AYA Stay was incredible. The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. But what made it truly unforgettable was Navruza — kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. A wonderful stay in every sense of the word! The apartment is very beautiful, clean and tidy, and contains all the needs – from comfortable furniture to integrated kitchen utensils. The view is charming to the beach and the eyes of Dubai, and all the rooms and the lounge directly overlook the sea, which has added a distinctive setting to stay. The location is perfect, everything is close: restaurants, cafes, a beautiful walkway, and even delivery services and taxi apps like Uber and Careem are readily available at the entrance of the building, making it so easy to navigate even without a car. Our experience was even more distinctive thanks to the upscale dealing of Bassel, who was quick and very cooperative, as well as the brother Rami, who followed us throughout the stay and took care of our comfort. I highly recommend the apartment, and I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s apartment in Dubai! The location is absolutely perfect ، just steps away from a beautiful beach and with a stunning pool that made my mornings feel like a dream. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Daniel was an amazing host ، very respectful, reliable, and always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. Truly one of the best hosts I’ve encountered! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

I celebrated my and my friend's birthday at Olga's Villa. I couldn't ask for more for my Birthday :) The villa was very clean, spotless and top notch! Everything was well in place and exactly the way it was described. The location was perfect , next to the mall and to the beach. The location was also a bit private and completely away from the noise of the city! Olga was a very responsive and proactive and helped in organizing the stay very well and quick. The price of the property was worth the stay! The caretaker of the villa ''Etsy'' was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and I would give 10 stars to Etsy on how she takes care of the guests. Thank you Olga for being such a great host and providing us your space. We had such a magical time and I really look forward to booking your place once again, especially in winters to enjoy the pool more ;) Thank you so much once again :)

It was a very peaceful and pleasant stay at Ali's villa. Ali was very helpful and responsive and helpful to guide. The place was clean and had all amenities available. Good for families with kids. The stay felt like home and was spacious enough to fit 8 guests of us.

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

We can’t thank Mohamed enough for his great hospitality, friendly communication and all the thoughtful gestures! My family stayed there for 38 days and they enjoyed every single day of their entire stay. The place is very clean, well decorated and equipped with everything you need for your stay. There are many great restaurants, bakeries and shops either at the same building or within a very short walking distance! We will definitely come back and we give Mohamed’s place our highest possible recommendations!
