Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Seville

This apartment is beautifully decorated and really really well situated. One thing that was disappointing is the “pool” which is not a pool but more like a little body of water. The heat was a lot and it would have been nice to freshen up in what we thought we had booked which was an apartment with a pool. Other than that everything was amazing, very quiet and the view from the bedroom was on to beautiful gardens. The bathtub in the bedroom was a nice add on too!

We loved Carlos’s place. It is an amazing location right in the historic district with everything a short (2-4 min walk away). Reyes (Co-host) was super responsive and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She even ran to the market to get us some sheets for the baby crib which we really really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here.

Jose Abraham's listing exceeded our expectations - especially in the size, furnishings and comfort. Jose Abraham is proactive, a good conversationalist and corresponds well and immediately. He responds to any inquiries in a timely manner. The apartment's location is ideal for public commute, as it is located fairly near the major train station. It is also located near the commercial center, hence you are surrounded by good restaurants, retail shops and churches. The place is definitely worth much more than the price advertised.

The apartment had everything that we expected, and it's location is very nice as well, with many attractions within walking distance. The apartment was clean and tidy, and we were particularly impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. Javier was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, such as when we had some issues with checking in using the keypad. My only issue with the flat was that the dryer didn't seem to be working too well, and some clothes were still damp after more than one drying cycle. However, the amount of hangers provided did help us a lot with that problem. Overall speaking, we were very satisfied with the apartment and we would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Seville.

Our family absolutely loved this apartment! It was right in the heart of Seville, across from the cathedral and the palace. And oh, so luxurious! And Nicolas was the perfect host, responding promptly to any request or question we had during our stay. We hope to return. It was such an amazing experience.

Great location.. closer than expected to Old town and so walkable. Fantastic cafes and restaurants in immediate vicinity. The living area, kitchen are very well stocked with everything needed and more (4 types of coffee pot!) and best is the roof terrace which is why we booked it. Extremely nice space to relax in afternoon and evening with shade and a book. Overall, loved the apartment and location and Javier is very friendly and kind host.

We absolutely loved our stay at this elegant apartment in the heart of Seville. The whole apartment was immaculate. The living room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. So convenient to have a mini market just next door. We also appreciated the convenience of having a washer, dryer, and drying rack. The location couldn’t have been better. We could walk everywhere. We loved the stunning view through the French windows, overlooking a charming pedestrian street and the nearby university. The back bedrooms overlooked the gardens of the Alcazar with the cathedral spires in the distance. We highly recommend this gorgeous apartment!

We had a great time in Sevilla, also thanks to the host's proactivity. We arrived the day of the historic power outage that led to the nationwide blackout in April 2025 and Marisela, Carmen and Fabio put everything in place to ensure a smooth check-in (the doors being fully automated). The apartment had a top equipment and is well located with the entire city center being easily accessible by foot. The immediate surroundings are very cute with many bars, tapas restaurants and pittoresque streets. Great value for money!

La casita de Manuel es fantástica, no le falta ni un detalle, nos encantó. Está limpia y es muy cómoda. Tiene aire acondicionado para llevar mejor las horas de calor. Está limpita y la cocina tiene de todo. El baño cuenta con secador y hasta gel y champú. Tiene un patio para sentarte al fresquito. Está lejillos del centro pero en bici se llega genial y es un sitio muy tranquilo. Volveremos y la recomendamos.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Haus in der Nähe von Sevilla. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Es war alles blitzesauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Check-In lief ganz einfach über einen Code, den wir im Vorfeld erhalten haben und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung ca. 11 km von Sevilla entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist die Stadt problemlos zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht benutzt. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann, ebenfalls sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es war leider zu kalt aber der vorhandene Pool lädt im Sommer zum verweilen ein und der Sitzbereich auf dem Dach ist einfach ein Traum. Diesen konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen und haben es geliebt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir bedanken uns recht herzlich, dass wir dieses Haus mieten konnten.

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

We had the BEST time at Ignacio’s lovely villa. It was even better & bigger than we expected. A short 25 minute drive into central Seville but the location is peaceful and the pool and outside areas are so great. Would DEFINITELY recommend and come again, thank you so much! X

L'appartement de Marilo est très joli, propre et cosy, on s'y sent très bien. Le bonus est le jacuzzi, très appréciable après une journée de visite dans Séville qui est située à seulement une dizaine de kilomètres (compter environ 25min en voiture) Marilo est une hôte aux petits soins, très à l'écoute et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci à Marilo!

A lovely sized apartment with plenty of room to stretch out. Big living area and lounge. Air conditioner was great and cooled the house down well along with the block out shutters. Needed when Seville was 40deg all week. Supermarket just around the corner. Easy walking to the many sites and train / bus stations.

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

Excellent accommodation in all aspects, very clean, and functional. Nice area in the old town. Very quick responses to all our requests. We enjoyed our holiday break in Saville, thank you for hosting us! Kind regards.
