Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Seville

I had a wonderful stay at Tomas’s place. Everything in the house was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. The area is very quiet and nice, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Tomas was quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, I would advise against driving there, especially if you have a big car. Parking is difficult to find, and the streets are very narrow. It’s better to leave your car at a car park in the city center and use public transport or walk to the house. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

The space is fantastic super well appointed. Common areas have space to gather that is great. This place is expensive but it is built out that way for sure. the location is also superlative. On the interior of the block, it’s very peaceful and quiet but a few steps and you’re in the heart of it. We would book this again for sure. we travel and Airbnb a fair amount and this place is top in quality of buildout and furnishings, roominess, and location. there was a surprising snafu in the booking with the host at first that did get worked out and we would expect the host to clear that up for users, particularly considering the excellent attention to detail otherwise . we were 8 adults for nearly a week here and it was perfect for us.

Beautiful home, esquisitely appointed in the heart of Santa Cruz. It was so lovely to come home to this oasis after walking around the city. We enjoyed the lovely garden and access to the kitchen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit geräumigem lichtdurchflutetem Bad, absolut sauber und in einer tollen Lage. Ideal für fussläufige Touren durch die Altstadt. Der hohe Preis war wegen der sehr beliebten Zeit während der Semana Santa gerechtfertigt. Die kleinen Dachterrassen sind eine tolle Ergänzung, der kleine Pool war im April noch zu kalt. Der kleine eingebaute Fahrstuhl ist eine gute Hilfe für Menschen die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß unterwegs sind. Taxis und viele Möglichkeiten gut zu essen findet man direkt vor der Tür. Rocio war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und es war einfach mit ihr zu kommunizieren.

El dueño del piso súper atento , el piso tiene todas las comidades del anuncio, buena ubicación a 20 min del casco antiguo ...no nos ayudó el tiempo nos da ganas de volver a la hermosa Sevilla , gracias José Antonio !

Bel appartement fonctionnel, avec une terrasse très appréciable. L appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de tout : navette pour l aéroport, restaurants et bars, magasins et surtout les monuments. Toutes les instructions sont claires et précises et le contact toujours rapide. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons ce logement. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Siempre que hacemos una escapada buscamos un lugar que permita llevarnos a nuestra mascota Prince (un cocker) y que esté bien ubicado para poder acceder andando de una manera fácil al centro de la ciudad, y el apartamento de Ramón cumple con estas dos características. Tiene cocina y todo lo necesario: nevera, microondas, tostadora, cafetera italiana, ... En el baño la presión del agua es muy buena y el agua se mantiene perfectamente a la temperatura que quieras. También tiene la gran ventaja de tener plaza de aparcamiento en el mismo edificio, eso sí te recomiendo que cuando llegues, en vez de acceder por la calle Salado (q es donde está la entrada para personas al edificio), accedas por la calle Paraíso y nada más girar a la calle Virgen de las Huertas encontrarás la puerta del garage y una rampa muy grande donde poder dejar el coche e ir a recoger las llaves que tardas un minuto. El edificio siempre está con conserje por lo que te facilita poder llegar a la hora que quieras.

If you are planning a trip to Sevilla...YOU WANT THIS PLACE! It is by far THE BEST Airbnb we have visited throughout our European adventure. They thought of the little touches that make you feel like they are invested in you enjoying your stay. You receive such a great welcoming message with incredible recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. You truly feel like you are being "hosted" by the presentation from Teresa Y Javi. As for the place... It's a ground floor unit with what must be 12' ceilings because it is so spacious it feels like you're in a house not an apartment. The interior is not decorated, it is STYLED with class and sophistication. Outside, you have the old world narrow cobblestone streets with cafes, tapas bars, supermarkets and very friendly people. You won't be disappointed with this place!

When you walk into a place and think yes, this is nice, it feels good, it has space, character and comfort, it’s a great start. A great location for the main sights and central base for walking the city. The lift was handy and roof top terrace fun to use. Everything worked well, the handy mini kitchen meant keeping cold beer and wine, delicious home made breakfasts with great local fresh bread, salads, fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice, all locally sourced and cheap. Eating out for lunch and dinner was tough, where to go? So many excellent restaurants within 10 minute walks. I guess the only small thing to mention is late night noise. Being in the middle of a very busy city it’s going to happen and did for us. The bars keep going and can be a bit noisy until 2am when things seem to go nice and quiet. Overall, a very nice place to stay for a few days in Seville, we had a great time.

Todo perfecto! El piso es hermoso y confortable. Nos recibieron personalmente para darnos instrucciones necesarias y datos sobre el lugar. Tenía un pequeño con balcón con vistas. No podía estar mejor ubicado . En pleno centro histórico, a pocos metros de la catedral. La única sugerencia (no es crítica) es que se hubiese valorado mucho que dejaran un juego de toallas más y una pastilla para el lavavajillas para el primer uso. Igual es a modo de sugerencia. Gracias
