The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski center in Rauland and you have the opportunity for both cross country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

A peaceful, large house right by the lake of Høvringen in Norway. The house hosts a private beach, perfect for fishing, swimming and a row around the lake. The house comes with a lot of beds, and a small sleeping loft, perfect for big groups. Towels and sheets are NOT included. Stores are located about 20-25 minutes away by car, in the small city of Evje. A small gym is available in the annex next to the house, free to use during your stay.
