what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

Nice location if we can keep luggages would be much better as Florence is a tourist city.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and in a great location to visit the city. You can walk or take the bus for a long walk. Tiago is a great host. His ice cream is very tasty. There is a delicious pizzeria nearby. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

Very nice apartment, clean and in a quiet area. The host is very active in giving all the useful information and in remaining available to guests for further clarification and help with excellent response times.

Very nice accommodation, beautiful complex with large garden/pool and great location for activities nearby by car (including San Gimignano, Florence, Siena) as well as good accessibility to restaurants in the area (e.g. in San Gimignano). The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the essentials for a few days' stay (including kitchen, bathroom). We can recommend the place without further ado. The only point: if you have booked the apartment in the host's house, you must be able to accept the noise of the house (even in the middle of the night).

Laura was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble and would respond to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and cosy, and had everything by you needed. A 20 minute walk from the pitti palace, making central Florence super accessible. Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s apartment. Cristina is such a kind and responsive host! Our family group of 6 people (including 2 cousins) stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment is so large! Everyone had their own space and it was very comfortable. This would be a very flexible and accommodating space for almost any kind of traveling group. The apartment has everything you need, and it also has a lot of interesting artwork throughout, which we enjoyed. The location is perfect - easy to walk to so many places, live music each evening on the street below.

It was a good and clean place to stay. Elona and her husband are very friendly hosts. Unfortunately, due to a lot of traffic, we arrived very late - this was not a problem, we were received in a very friendly manner and were shown everything. Also, we got some tips for the area and if we had questions, we always got an answer quickly. During the time, we were provided with coffee and water (filter tap water) and on the day of departure, croissants were placed on the terrace. It was also very nice that we were allowed to leave the car in the garage a little longer on our day of departure and so we could walk comfortably into the city again. We had a lovely stay and recommend the accommodation.

Fabulous little apartment just outside of the city centre. Lots of space and amenities. Very clean and the washing machine/laundry line were very useful. Balcony’s were a lovely touch! Tramline to Florence city just a 5 minute walk and the train station another 5 minute walk. Right by the river also. Shops nearby and some lovely cafes. Federico was a lovely host and very responsive for when we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

Thanks to the host for their kindness. municipal swimming pool 2 minutes' walk away (swim caps mandatory). the tram to go to Florence is a 10-minute drive, it will cost you 0.30 euros for the highway to get there. parking is 7 euros if you stay there for more than 10 hours. tram tickets are 1.70 euros one way. but it's a great way to get to Florence, about 30 minutes from the villa. trams leave around every 6/7 minutes, until 11:30 p.m. Thanks to the host for his advice. The garage for the car is a plus. We even got a very good cake from the host on the last day. Thank you

We have just returned from a great holiday in Tuscany. Our first visit to the area. Eleanors place was as described, was clean and comfortable and has been the perfect base for what we had planned, visiting Florence, Sienna and other villages in the area. We hired a car from the airport and the directions to the property were good. We had good communication with Eleanor from booking to arrival and during our stay. The property is sitiated within a family owned olive grove with lovely views from the estate over Florence and the surrounding area. We would recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you

We spent a week at Ilaria's in Florence. Apartment is very nice, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The highlight is the large all-round terrace for a relaxing evening. The apartment is on the 5th (last) floor, but there is an elevator. In the house next door there is a good pizzeria, around the corner a pastry shop and an ice cream parlor with delicious cakes and ice cream. Bus line 6 (stop 3 minutes' walk) takes you directly to the Centro Storico. Old Florence is simply overwhelming - fantastic architecture: churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces from all historical eras, by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books and catalogs. The only disadvantage - masses of tourists - but it's Florence - you just have to accept it. Ilaria as a host is very nice, friendly and helpful, always good and quickly accessible. Valentina is a warm and warm host. Meeting her immediately brought us to a nice atmosphere of Tuscan hospitality. The house is beautifully and quietly located equipped with everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday.

The stay was wonderful. Elly always responded quickly and helped us with everything we needed. The house is in a very good location because it is close to everything but far from the mess, so we were able to sleep very peacefully and quietly. I would definitely come back!!

Dina was a wonderful host! Upon checking, she gave many local recommendations and was so helpful! The place was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. Very walkable everywhere!!! The backyard was so private and great to have a patio. Will definitely come back!

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

The best experience we have ever had with Air BnB, Alessia and Galia are the most wonderful people and have been so welcoming and helpful with our stay here. Perfect for children with a garden to play in and a great house to sleep. We were even met with fresh produce from their garden, cherries and zucchinis and a freshly baked cake - what more could you ask for. There are air con in the bedrooms and the house is cool and super clean. We love this place and would love to return here again next year. Wonderful home for our family of four including a one year old and three year old. Authentic, private, clean and in an amazing location with a beautiful view. This was our favourite Airbnb of all time.

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

Duddova is a small, very quiet place – ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view across the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and designed with a lot of love for detail – a real oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and attractions – a car is essential for this, however. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, quick and helpful.
