Dalla cucina si accede tramite un disimpegno alla camera da letto matrimoniale ed al bagno. L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato in ogni dettaglio e dispone di tutte le comodità. In tutto l'appartamento è presente un velocissimo wifi da 2.5 Ghz/secondo in download. L'appartamento dispone in ogni zona (cucina, zona giorno e camera da letto) di un impianto di condizionamento di ultima generazione (marca Daikin) ed un impianto di riscaldamento autonomo anch'esso di ultimissima generazione.
