We spent 10 days in Leonardo & Gabriela’s Oltrarno apartment. It has charming yet sophisticated nautical decor , every amenity , great kitchen, in a well established, upscale , quiet neighborhood. Fabulous local restaurants , patisserie, butchers , fish market and fresh produce within 5 minutes walking . Also walkable to many important Florence sites and museums through the Porta Romana arch gate . It is a wonderful building and a magical experience . We usually stay at elevated hotels and this apartment met all our expectations. They were very responsive and helpful on several occasions. The kindest and nicest hosts. Thank you Gabriela and Leonardo!!!

We had a lovely stay in Florence no small thanks to our home away from home and to Nicola for being so professional but also very kind and considerate! Nicola was always easy to reach whenever we had questions about the apartment and was also kind enough to give us a few pointers on unique places to go in Florence for sightseeing and for eating. The apartment is spaceous, well maintained and clean, about 10-15 minutes' walk from the centre, has plenty of facilities and homely interior. Our only minor grievance was the bedroom window which was not very soundproof and due to some temporarily redirected bus routes, it could be a bit loud during the night. We had booked a stay long enough for us to take Nicola up on his offer on a free tour. It felt personal, unique and lasted for close to 3 hours' time. It was engaging and at a pace that allowed us to take it all in. All in all a wonderful experience! Many thanks to Nicola for an easy transition from work life to bucket list holiday!

Mariangela and Francesca’s unit was beautiful! We were greeted at the door by Francesca. She brought us up to the apartment gave us a fantastic tour and then gave us some great tips on places to eat and visit! The apartment itself is in a great location, looking over the piazza saint maria novella. We were there over Easter so got to watch some fireworks in the square from our windows. This is a great place to stay in Florence!

Had a great stay. The apartment is right in the middle of everything, but tucked away in a quiet alley. We never felt the city’s presence when we were in the apartment except when we went out on the beautiful terrace with a spritz and took in the stunning views. The hosts were also exceptional. Karin and Julia took great care of us with immediate responses to all queries - even going out of their way to bail us out of a problem we caused with key return during check-out. I highly recommend this place, these hosts and Florence.

Tommaso's apartment was wonderful. He was very helpful and friendly, and let us drop off our bags before check in so we could explore Florence without lugging our stuff around. The apartment was super clean, open, clutter-free, full of light, and right in the center of Florence so it was fast to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Easy to stop back in the middle of the day when we needed. I was with my husband and 2 sons and we were all very comfortable and would 100% recommend this space to anyone visiting Venice.

Location is incredible!! Everything was as perfect! Luca and his team are the most thoughtful and gracious hosts. The best Airbnb experience so far! The informed us in advance that due to a health emergency, the previous guest needed to stay longer in the flat we booked, so they offered a bigger and recently renovated flat in the same building, which was amazing. They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around, and also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, etc. We had a very late flight and for my parents who are over 70s, they offered to rest and use their comfortable breakfast area in the 1st floor. Thank you Luca and staff for making our weekend comfortable and memorable!

The apartment was beautiful and clean and location was exceptional! It was all as described except for rooftop terrace; due to some irresponsible renters who made a mess up there they no longer allowed guests to go up and relax with refreshments while taking in the spectacular view. We had trouble with the key and couldn't get out there after the first time. Other than that, all was as expected and it wouldn't keep me from going there again. Location was prime for the sights! Elevator and 2 bathrooms too!

This accommodation in Florence really exceeded my expectations. Most of all, the view of Upi Beach, Duomo Cathedral, and Joto's Bell Tower from the window was really touching, and the atmosphere of the accommodation was so gracious and peaceful. Every morning, when I opened the window, it felt like the grace of the Holy Spirit was being conveyed, and at night, the Dormo Cathedral and the bell tower were serene and beautiful as if they were emitting light. The location of the accommodation was so good that the accessibility to tourist attractions was excellent, and it was quiet and comfortable, so every day felt like a gift. If I visit Florence again next year, it was a grateful experience enough to make me want to stay here again. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Convenience AND comfort! We were so very impressed with this impeccable space. It's obviously a desirable spot overlooking the piazza, but what we didn't know was how gorgeous, clean and well-appointed the apartment is. It was a highlight to wake up and take a coffee overlooking the Piazza each morning. Our new favorite city stay next time we're in Greve!

Superb location, just outside the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, you can see the cathedral day and night, and there is a long line of gelato downstairs (although the taste is overrated).The only thing to note is that the room is facing the street, and there may be some pedestrian sounds at night, but it doesn't affect sleep.

It was in an amazing location - walkable to most of the key spots in Florence, very close to the station so we were able to easily travel out to Siena and Lucca. The flat was spotless, well equipped and comfy. The views from the balcony make it special! The hosts were really helpful. I asked for somewhere to store our bags after check out and they let us keep the apartment for most of the day :-) Thank you Highly recommended

The apartment is nicely decorated, functional, quiet and conveniently located in the historic center of Florence. Communicating with Francesco (co-host) is easy with clear instructions. We had a great time in this beautiful city where everything is on foot with easily accessible museums. Access from the airport is easy from the tram (line T2), the train station is also very close allowing you to spend a day in Siena in 1h30 by train.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

The vintage studio was perfect for me for two weeks. It’s in a great location with all the major sites walkable in 10-20 minutes including the station. There are great restaurants and bars nearby but the triple glazing means it is really quiet inside. Salvatore is so kind and helpful even bringing me a brand new kettle for my English tea ! And a toaster which is handy. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely come back to stay here when I am back in wonderful Florence.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

a beautiful, one-of-a-kind Airbnb. would highly recommend to any couples. LOVED the snacks and amenities LOVED the full body shower My only critique is the hot water heater is small and could not fill the tub or last more than 15min or so of a hot shower so we were not able to enjoy the tub. very comfortable bed one of the coolest airbnbs I've ever stayed.

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

Great location in Florence. Less than a 10minute walk to the Duomo. Quiet inside, which is a huge plus for light sleepers! The hot tub was wonderful after running a marathon. Highly recommend this bnb to anyone looking for a getaway to Florence.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.
