The apartment is equipped with all the necessary to benefit from all the comforts. The location of the apartment is very good, being located close to the beach. Belen is a wonderful host, he gave us all the information we needed to have a pleasant stay. We recommend this apartment and will definitely be back on another vacation.

We have only the most pleasant impressions of the apartment. Since we were with a small child, it was important for us that everything was within walking distance and that it was quiet. We found all this there. We lived in a quiet neighborhood, no one bothered us, you could walk to the sea in 5 minutes, to the supermarket in 7. It was perfect for us. The apartment is very well-maintained, clean and tidy. There was everything you needed to cook. Since we arrived late at night, the hosts carefully left us a potato pie, muffins, tea, coffee and clean water, which was very useful. Alejandro gave us all the necessary instructions the day before arrival, which helped us get into the house without any problems, connect to the Internet and navigate the area. We felt at home in his house, we were cozy and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this house. If we decide to return to Valencia again, we will undoubtedly choose this house to stay in. We had an incredible experience staying at Alexandra’s and Javi’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

A very spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed apartment in a wonderful location. Host met us at the street door to greet us. Good local shops including a Lidl & a Mercardo. Opposite the old Colon Mercado ( with bars & restaurants) and easy walking to the old river and all the facilities. Nice vegetarian restaurant in the next street. Nearest Metro station at the end of the street is Colon with easy access to all other metro lines and airport.

Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. Thanks so much, Sergio, we had a lovely time. Muchas gracias, Sergio, lo pasamos genial.

Such a beautiful, spacious and clean accommodation! It has modern interiors and electronics. The washing machine, kitchen, and bathroom were all good! There's a lot of construction nearby, but the noise doesn't come into the room. I was so impressed by the nice scent, welcome message, and drinks when I first entered. It's a space where you can feel the host's consideration throughout the 🥹 house. And Solana, the co-host, is a really kind, sweet, and thoughtful host. If you stay, you'll understand everything I've said. I recommend it to everyone. 😊

A fantastic apartment for a city stay. Great terrace with sensational views, the place is clean and well equipped. Central yet very quiet location. Ana is a wonderful host: very friendly, always available and helpful. 100 percent recommendation, we would definitely come back.

Myriam & Rafa are great hosts and their apartment is excellent! The location is great, it is quiet, and very clean. The full kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. The bedroom is dark and quiet but the bed could be more comfortable. Highly recommend!

the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

It is a beautiful place, with all the comforts and led by Mari who is super attentive to everything we need.

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
