Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

We had a great family weekend! The best part of the house is the outdoor areas and the communication with María Jesús who was very attentive and flexible with the hours of entry and exit

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is very well equipped and an absolute feel-good oasis. Mike is very accommodating and a really good host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. At the reception, two delicious wines were waiting for us, which pleased us very much.

Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.

Sandra was a fantastic host, her communication was great, she was so helpful with being flexible with our check in and she gave us a very reliable contact for taxis. Sandra’s place is lovely, the outdoor space is absolutely fantastic with lots of areas to relax, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, no doubt. The apartment is simply spectacular: spacious, tastefully decorated, full of light and with all the comforts you can imagine. If I go back to Valencia, I'll repeat without thinking. Olga has been a 10-star host: friendly, flexible and with smooth and super easy communication from the first moment. You can tell that he takes care of every last detail to make you feel at home. We went with a small child and it was ideal: safe stairs, high chair, crib, bathtub, even diapers and wipes! The beds are very comfortable and the sofa... It's one of those places you don't want to leave. It exceeded all the group's expectations! Thank you for such a perfect stay, Olga :)

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

Very nice accommodation, comfortable, air-conditioned with a small inner courtyard super nice, consistent with the photos. Quiet environment, close to the sea. Estefania is available to give good advice. The mom is very nice and welcomed us as soon as we arrived. To discover!!!

Me and my boyfriend loved staying at Tatianas apartment in Valencia! The interior looked exactly like the pictures, if not even better and we loved the aesthetics of this place. Everything was clean, the communication with the host was super smooth and reliable and we overall enjoyed our stay a lot! Definitely recommend booking this Airbnb if you’re looking for a spacious, welcoming apartment that’s located in walking distance to the city, bars and restaurants! We would love to come back!

I have been following Aurora as an occupational therapist for a long time, and this shared space project seemed like a great idea to meet in person, and address many concerns that with her recommendations will help us find solutions. The house is very clean and tidy. It was our first time in this type of accommodation, and this getaway to Vall d'Uixo was a wonderful experience, as a family, including our pet, of course. A great welcome and very respectful coexistence. Always attentive to us, but respecting our family moments. She offered us the service of a pet sitter to be able to visit the Caves of San Josep, and recommendations for places to visit very close by. 100% recommended. It was a pleasure to meet you and your family. We look forward to seeing you again and telling you about our progress.❤️❤️❤️❤️🎀🐕🥰😘

Very quiet and private. Everything was very clean and drinks were chilled for our arrival. A little noisy, so pack Oropax if you are sensitive to noise at night, as you can really hear the people above the accommodation very loudly. Fantastically beautiful view of the mountains. You have everything you need. Supermarkets can be quickly reached by car in Cullera. Beautiful beaches are also close. Camera aimed directly at the pool, I found it a little difficult, but I think it only serves for safety.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

I had a really early flight so needed a place to stay close to the airport for one night. Francisco was a very great host. He responds really fast and is ready to help you if you have questions. The place is just as depicted. I would recommend it to others!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

We loved our stay at this accommodation near Albufera. The area is very quiet and beautiful, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying nature. The house was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing: full kitchen, comfortable beds and everything was very clean. In addition, Maria was an excellent host, very attentive and always willing to help us with anything we needed. Definitely a highly recommended experience. ¡We would come back without thinking!
