everything about the villa was as described, if you want private time with your small family at the beach, go for it, a suggestion, carry snacks and ready to cook food, like noodles, bread, jam etc, restaurants are a bit far, zomato takes lot of time, it's better to have food which u can heat and eat if u can't wait longer, specially the kids. i would definitely visit again. Dr.Arun proactively send details which you might need, and caretaker Ram is friendly. time well spent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was a wonderful experience. The space was very well-isolated, offering a peaceful environment. The host, Rahul, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, always replying within seconds, and made sure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant experience.
