Vacation rentals with a home theater in Seine-et-Marne

We had a wonderful 4-day family stay at this Paris apartment. The location was convenient — just 25 to 30 minutes from all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city each day. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough for our family and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to public transport, shops, and bakeries. The hosts were helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families visiting Paris!

Fantastic apartment in a lovely area . Well equipped and essentials supplied like toilet rolls and shampoo etc . Kitchen well equipped . Very easy to get on RER train to Disney . Trains every 10 mins and only 2 stops so short journey time of 6 mins . Great Carrefour supermarket around corner . We had 2 cars , space provided in carpark under apartment for 1 and we parked other car in secure carpark opposite Carrefour for €15 for 24hr period . Hosts were very good at communicating with us and checked we had arrived safely and gained entrance. Clear instructions to enter building and apartment . Our grandson loved the wooden tool bench and the nerf guns . Highly recommend this apartment if going to Disney Paris or into central Paris too . Lots of restaurants close by . We had a Chinese takeaway from around the corner. Lovely Boulangerie close by too . All in all a great place to stay 👍😃

Very pleasant and well-equipped apartment, very easy to access area at the gates of Paris. Excellent communication with the host and hostess who were always available to respond to any inquiries. We had a lovely family stay there.

Very nice apartment with great amenities. Looks exactly like the photos. Pleasant scent of perfume upon arrival. Dimitri is very responsive. I was able to enjoy the balneo bath upon my arrival. I was able to relax after my journey (taxi strike, flight delay and Parisian traffic jams). I highly recommend this listing!

Amazing place to stay! The apartment is beautiful with incredible views of the city. The steam shower was used every day by our family - as was the balcony patio. Benoit was an awesome host and even helped us figure out how to stream the PSG soccer game on the projector system while the game was happening. He went above and beyond to make sure we got to watch it! We loved the location. it was so close to the Metro C line which went to most of the places we wanted to see (including Versailles). we were at Notre Dame metro stop within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is great and very walkable and felt safe at night. We hope to come back!

We felt right at home with Benjamin who was a very nice, accommodating and responsive host. We loved the video projector, the beautiful decoration, the balcony as the weather was nice and we were happy to walk in corners of Montreuil off the beaten track (close to the peach walls and the pretty Parc des Beaumonts). We would highly recommend it!

Very good stay with Sidney and Iliana. They were flexible on the check-in time, the accommodation matches the photos, there is a popcorn machine and grains available which is very nice. The accommodation is clean and there are many choices if you want to have food delivered

Good place to stay near Disney, good location, super spacious, ideal for large families. The host's commission was good. In general, the accommodation is excellent.

We are used to key handovers in the famous small boxes, but what a pleasure to find Airbnbs with super warm people, who love to welcome and share. Our 2-year-old daughter, and we ourselves, were delighted with the accommodation and the garden so peaceful with the many possible activities… Swing, togoban, bouncy castles, what more could you ask for? We had a lovely few days at Agathe's. The house is very welcoming and well-equipped, the garden charming and the village very quiet. It immediately felt good there. Possibility of nice walks nearby, in the forest and along the Seine. Very nice. Finally Agathe is very available and responsive.

We had a last-minute obligation that forced us to change our check-in time. Didier helped us a lot to honor an appointment and respond to this unforeseen event. We found a welcoming and warm person. He even helped us a lot with "little unimportant things" that made our lives much easier. Small touches that speak volumes about his kindness and willingness to be "a Host". Thank you! In short, an ideal place to rest and recharge. As time passed quickly, it was important to us to give, not an opinion, but a little touch of sincerity on the setting, the welcome and the personality of our Host! Everything was in accordance with the text and photos. Except perhaps the human warmth and distinction of Didier, which cannot be described, but shared. Take the time to discover it, it's a beautiful interlude.
