Had a lovely time at Carolina's apartment. The place is stylishly furnished, quietly located and you feel right at home. It was very easy to communicate with Carolina and she helped me answer my questions. The neighborhood is a real Parisian neighborhood and invites you to relax - I highly recommend it!

Great place with vibrant atmosphere. Large well furnished kitchen and a wonderful living room space. The ambient lighting and large projector were a lovely addition to the living space. Paired with a great sound system, it transformed the living space into a cinema like atmosphere. Would definitely book again if I had the chance to go to Paris.

The stay was very nice. The apartment is perfect for a few days in Paris with family and friends. Very friendly, nice and helpful hosts who were always available to answer any questions. We were there for the Paris Marathon and had a wonderful time with the apartment. We even got tips and support for the Paris Marathon! We are very happy to recommend the apartment. Benjamin's place is functional, comfortable, warm and very quiet. This district of Montreuil is pleasant, lively and close to Paris via transport, so very convenient.

Very nice accommodation, pleasant, with all amenities. Carole provided us with special touches for our 3 children. She also let us leave later. I would recommend this host, really great place.

Great place: • Exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and modern with great amenities. • 5 minutes from the metro and less than 30 minutes from Chatelêt. • Hélène was very nice and proactive - check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall extremely pleasant, highly recommended!

We (family of five) had a wonderful week in Blandy at July's house. July's parents met us on arrival and although our French is very poor they were very helpful and introduced us to the house. Through the week July was always quick to respond and kind in helping us with any questions. The house is a lovely home, beautifully designed and with lots for all the family to do. Our children particularly enjoyed using the bicycles, playing pool and relaxing in the hammocks and garden. Blandy is a very quiet and pretty village and we had a fantastic meal eating at the restaurant L'entourloupe adjacent to the tower. There is also a great takeaway pizzeria in the village, a small shop, another restaurant and a boulangerie. We found lots to do in the area including a day in Paris using the fast train from Melun (free parking at the municipal swimming pool), a day at Fontainebleu, and a picnic down at the banks of the Seine. We would happily recommend July's home to others.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families with kids. Our little ones immediately felt comfortable – there was enough space to play and even a few toys on site. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Don't hesitate to stay at the estate, everything is as advertised and in addition Oleg is friendly and very available for any questions or other. The house and its facilities offered us a haven of peace. What could be better than taking a pedal boat ride on the lake before going to relax in the sauna! Special mention to the campfire site which for me was a real favorite! In short, go for it!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

We were a group of 10, the weekend went very well. Arnaud is very friendly. The accommodation is very well equipped and in a quiet and peaceful environment. The plus of this accommodation: its hammam and jacuzzi area ideal for relaxing.

Patrick was a very welcoming and responsive host to the slightest of our problems. The accommodation is extremely well located, with many restaurants, grocery stores, hairdressers, and many other useful things nearby, as well as public transport. The apartment was clean, the entrance was done with a key exchange. It's easy. Thanks again to Patrick, would definitely stay again.

Teddy was a very nice pro-active host, communication was smooth. Plus, he was very accommodating. The accommodation: from the moment you enter it exudes cleanliness, it is perfectly maintained, nothing is left to chance, the apartment is very nice, very good amenities, we did not take advantage of the cinema-video because we preferred other activities for our stay of a few days. This home is close to Disney which is also nice. The nights were peaceful because the place is very quiet. We feel that Teddy has put all his heart and soul into the layout of his apartment and to maintain it perfectly, for us travelers who were passing through, which deserves great respect both for the host and for the place. If I could have given more stars, I would have. Thank you Teddy, if we have to come back to the area, we'll put our suitcases down at your place.

Our weekend at Stan went very well. Small studio in a quiet area, 5 min from RER A and then 30 min from Paris. An Intermarché just above so you can do some shopping! Nearby restaurants as well. Stan is very responsive when we send him a message 👍🏼 thank you!

Great price/quality. The host was available at all times. The apartment is spacious. Parking space right under the house, if no one takes. Great for the money!

The location was perfect, offering easy access to the city and making it incredibly convenient for our day trips to Disneyland.
