Joel is a very polite and understanding man, it was no problem that we arrived at 2 o'clock in the night. The apartment is large and clean. Very well equipped.

We had a lovely stay at Florian's. Spacious, very quiet, well-equipped accommodation and the terrace is a real plus. Paris center is very easily accessible in 25 minutes by metro. We will be back.

This is a well appointed flat in a good location, a few minutes from the RER station to Magenta in the centre of Paris. A well stocked super market is nearby as well. Sheila is a most charming host as she was on my previous visit. I felt perfectly safe returning from the station late at night and there was no unwelcome noise. There wasn't a dining room but a couple could sit comfortably at the kitchen table. The flat would suit a couple or a young family. Here's to my third visit!

My friends and I had a great time! The accommodation is very easy to access, well connected (shopping mall, gym, restaurants, bus and RER). The apartment was clean and tidy (small gifts as a bonus) Kamel was very welcoming and responsive. ☺️ We recommend this place with lots of charm if you want to stay close to Paris.

A brilliant stay for a trip to disney and also a day ticket to the center parcs aqua mundo swimming centre just 10 mins uber away. The flat is spacious for 4 - my 4 and 7 year old loved the bunk beds! Very dark and quiet at night meant a good night's sleep for all. Proximity to the val d'europe centre was very useful for shopping and eating out. Bus stops for disney right outside but we just got ubers which was very convenient also. Lovely bakery downstairs was perfect to get fresh bread and pastries every morning. Building was very secure and clean. Would recommend for a trip to disney. Bchira was super accommodating with check in and out times and arrangements. Very good experience.

Thomas was a great host and very considerate and accommodating. We stayed for a month and were able to utilize the place maybe to its fullest extent, but also keep in mind it's probably not a typical length of stay. Given the length, we did run into a few issues during our stay, but the times that we reached out, Thomas was always very considerate and helpful. The location was pretty decent to get to what we needed it would have been nice to be a little closer to the train station. The place itself is quaint and has its own charm, just set your expectations accordingly and don't expect anything luxurious, and maybe a little outdated compared to stays at a hotel or kind of commercialized AirBnB. If you're a fan of that more casual setting, then this place would fit you well!

It was all to our satisfaction. The kitchen is equipped in such a way that you could cook properly. Connection to the train was also great.

Fantastic apartment. We felt right at home and very comfortable our entire stay. Hosts Elsa and Yannick were super-responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We have a one-year-old baby and the block-out curtains in every bedroom helped him get a great afternoon nap and all of us a good night’s sleep. There’s actually a little office off the living room that functioned as a 3rd bedroom for our baby. Great location - one minute walk from the subway, numerous grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries and parks nearby - and never more than 20 minutes from all the major sites in Paris. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

This is a hidden gem. Spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home for our week stay in Paris. The property was stocked and Debby was very communicative if we had any questions about anything. The mall is walking distance from the property so food was easily accessible with plenty of options. Our group loved that the most. Highly recommend and I would stay there again should I find myself back in France.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. The garden with its fruit trees in bloom, filled with songs of charcoal t**s was widely appreciated. Thanks to Hamza!

Fantastic property. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Kitchen was well equipped with everything from a rice cooker to a slow drip coffee machine. Host was very quick to respond and helpful with any questions that we did have. I would highly recommend to any of our friends that are planning on heading to Font. Will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely place, plenty of good amenities and a really lovely host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Fontainebleau (as myself and my group did to go climbing). Quiet location in the beautiful French countryside.

We rented this Airbnb to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and it was just perfect! The house is spacious, super well-equipped and very clean. We loved the large friendly living room, the outdoor pergola ideal for relaxing, and the many activities on site: billiards, foosball, table tennis… everyone had a great time! It was really the perfect place to have a great time with friends. Thanks again to the hosts for their hospitality, we recommend it 100%!

We had a wonderful stay here!! There is really something for everyone, with a beautiful grounds (it’s truly more of an estate than just a home!) and fantastic amenities. These included an adorable heated pool, ping pong table, play area for kids including toys for toddlers, great recreation area and comfortable private accommodations. There are even goats and chickens along with some sheep to keep your kids entertained! All in all, a really great find!!
