Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. The accommodation we offer is quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is composed of a large 40 m2 living room and a large 20 m2 bedroom including the shower. A second bed is located in the very nice and comfortable mezzanine. Everything necessary is provided to facilitate your installation: (sheets, towels, shower gel, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...) Please note: We accept stays of two nights or more, but for stays of 2 nights, you will need to bring your own sheets/towels.
