Tastefully decorated this house is a small art gallery, gathering personal works, photographs, and travel items. PARKING available in front of garage. Access to heated pool (May to September 15), outdoor space shared with the owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent. Located 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Numerous bike path starts. Closed parking in the courtyard.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Bright house of 160 m2 spread over 3 levels: a bedroom with toilet and shower room in the basement, bedroom with unobstructed view of the pool and large bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms with a shower room upstairs. Between two small forests, located in a very quiet area in a cul-de-sac, the house has a 180° view of Les Pins.

Studio, jacuzzi, sauna, yoga, massages

Studio 26m2 on the basement floor of a large house. A large TV and a 140x200cm double bed. A dining/living area and a kitchenette with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom has a 160x200cm shower. All linen is provided. Outside, there is a barbecue/brasero terrace on one side and a dining area by the fountain on the other. Deckchairs and hammocks are available for relaxation.
